The Space:
Soft city light filters through the tall windows as you look out toward the canals of Manchester. The hum of the streets below drifts upward, blending with the comfort of your morning coffee. In this calm retreat above Ancoats, you can watch the skyline change from sunrise to neon dusk without leaving your private balcony.

Sleeping arrangements
This duplex apartment accommodates up to six guests across two king-size bedrooms and an additional double sofa bed. Additional charges may apply for setup based on reservation details. The upper-level master bedroom features a standalone bathtub at the foot of the bed and electric privacy glass for memorable moments at the end of the day. Downstairs, the second bedroom offers a king-size bed, electric blackout blinds, and thoughtful storage.

Two full bathrooms provide convenience for groups and families. Each is fitted with walk-in rainfall showers, complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap), and fresh towels, with simple touches that make daily routines feel effortless.

A Minut noise decibel monitor ensures a peaceful environment, while the space remains entirely yours to enjoy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, refrigerator, microwave, and induction stove. A Nespresso machine and hot water kettle add comfort to your morning ritual. The island doubles as a breakfast bar where you can gather for a casual meal or share a drink before heading out to explore.

Enjoy the convenience of free in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer, central heating, reliable Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace located in a common area. The building includes an elevator and secure entry system with a smart lock for self check-in. Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.

In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.

Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Getting Around:
When you walk out the front door of the building, you are right across the road from New Islington Metrolink tram station. From here, you can take the metro straight into Manchester City Centre via Manchester Piccadilly train station. You can also take the metro directly to the Etihad Stadium and/or the new Co Op Live arena. If you prefer, you can walk to the stadium or arena in 10-15 minutes. Behind the tram stop is New Islington Marina with a lovely selection of bars and restaurants - perfect for a sunny day.

Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 3rd floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.
