"First of all the hotel is located near the central area of Manchester, very convenient for Bridgewater Hall where we wanted to be. The staff were the main attraction the hotel had to offer. They were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. This is a boutique style hotel so rooms look good but are a bit quirky. The bathroom (Shower and sink) are part of the bedroom so offers little privacy. Creates issue when someone wants to use the bathroom toilet during the night as light - lights up the...

"Staff were brilliant and very helpful Food was great coffee excellent. Not so keen on swimming pool been were everyone can look in and the room was very dated and warm, the fan hardly worked and we had a disabled room as there wasn’t anything separate the toilet and shower so water went all over the toilet. It’s was one night so we just got on with it.. but food and staff were excellent."
