The Etihad stadium is just 10 minutes away on foot. Central Manchester is around a 25 minute walk away where you will find the Arndale shopping centre, Chinatown, various museums and galleries, as well as a huge array of restaurants, bars, clubs and music venues. You are also close to the Northern Quarter - A trendy neighbourhood, with vibrant street art, bohemian bars and independent record shops. The nearest tram stop (Holt Town) is 15 minutes walk from the apartment and Manchester Picadilly Train Station is a 20 minute walk away.



Getting Around:

Located close to Manchester’s Ancoats area, the apartment is surrounded by shops, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. You’re also near the Northern Quarter, known for street art, independent stores, and nightlife, with central Manchester easily reachable.



Other Things to Note:

- Check-in time must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.

- Delays of more than one hour from the agreed check-in time incur a £10/hour charge, in addition to any late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees apply:

- For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.

- For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.
