The Space: LOCATION: We are just a short 10 minute drive straight into the city centre where you can enjoy all that this fabulous city has to offer!
TRANSPORT You can conveniently hop on the tram too which is just 20 minutes walk away at Crumpsall.

GOOD FOR FAMILIES, PET FRIENDLY & LONGER STAYS: We have a washer which is convenient for those on longer trip. For families with smaller children, you’ll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets). We are pet friendly but please don’t forget to add them as a guest as there’s an extra charge.
PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY: For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.
