A spacious four-bedroom Manchester property made for groups who want comfort, privacy and something a bit more memorable than a standard stay. With four double bedrooms, four private ensuites, a dedicated games room, on-street parking available outside and bus and tram stops on the same road, it is ideal for family trips, group weekends, contractor stays and longer visits.

Each bedroom has a double bed, hotel-quality linen and its own ensuite bathroom, giving everyone their own private space to get ready and unwind. Local Manchester artwork adds character throughout, with pieces inspired by the city’s music, well-known bands, landmarks and local culture. Fresh towels and toiletries are prepared before arrival.

The bright living area gives the group somewhere comfortable to come together after a day in Manchester. Relax on the seating area, watch Netflix, YouTube or Prime Video on the Smart TV, share food around the dining table, or get ready for a night out in the city.

The fully equipped kitchen makes the property feel easy and practical from the moment you arrive. With cookware, cutlery, appliances, a dishwasher, onsite washing machine, tumble dryer and iron all included, it is well set up for short breaks, longer stays, work trips and contractor bookings. There is also a high table with stools, giving guests a handy spot for meals in the kitchen.

Upstairs on the third floor, the games room is where the property really stands out. Play classic arcade machines including Space Invaders, Pac-Man and Street Fighter, jump on the Xbox with two controllers, throw a few darts or put a film on the Smart TV. It is ideal for family downtime, relaxed evenings with friends, or unwinding after work without needing to head straight back out.

Manchester is a major city in northwest England with a rich industrial heritage. The Castlefield conservation area's 18th-century canal system recalls the city's days as a textile powerhouse, and visitors can trace this history at the interactive Museum of Science & Industry. The revitalized Salford Quays dockyards now house the Daniel Libeskind-designed Imperial War Museum North and the Lowry Cultural Centre.

Our property is only:
- 5 minutes away from the Coop Live and the Etihad Stadium;

Our home is also surrounded by many transportation options to facilitate your needs: we are situated 5 minutes away from Newton Heath tram stop, which allows you to get the convenient tram into the heart of Manchester city centre in under 10 minutes. There are also many local buses running outside at the bus stop outside the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 pm).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings (8 max), loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
