KITCHEN



Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook, including a coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, and all the cookware, crockery, and utensils you could want. Tea and coffee are provided. Guests on longer stays tell us it has everything they need.



BATHROOM



Three bathrooms throughout the property, including a ground floor WC for easy access. Shower gel, shampoo, and fresh towels are provided for every guest.



LIVING SPACE



A comfortable living area with a Smart TV. The house has a luxury feel throughout, and guests describe it as impeccably neat. There is also a private garden to enjoy.



FAMILIES, GROUPS AND LONGER STAYS



This home is a favourite with families and groups. Guests have stayed with 7 people, multi-generational groups, and families visiting from overseas, all with glowing reviews. A travel cot is available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay. We are pet friendly but please add your pet as a guest, as there is an extra charge.



For longer stays, there is a washing machine and plenty of space to settle in. Weekly and monthly discounts are available.



PARKING



The driveway has room for multiple vehicles, including large vans, all free of charge. Please respect our neighbours and do not drive over the front lawn.



Guest Access:

You will have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.



Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know and we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we will send all the details ahead of your arrival.



You will receive a digital guidebook with all the key information you need for your stay, including WiFi details, parking instructions, and how everything works in the property.

The Neighborhood:

Pendlebury offers a peaceful base just outside the hustle of Manchester. This quiet residential neighbourhood has a convenience store right across the road, nearby parks, traditional pubs, and handy local shops. Swinton train station is around a 10 minute walk, giving you easy access to Manchester city centre in under 15 minutes. Salford Royal Hospital is a short drive away. Guests describe the surroundings as beautiful and peaceful, while still being well connected to everything Manchester has to offer.



Getting Around:

Swinton train station is around a 10 minute walk from the house, with regular services into Manchester city centre and connections across the North West.



The city centre is approximately 15 minutes by car or taxi.



Uber operates throughout the city and is a convenient option for getting around.



Free parking is included on the oversized driveway, which has room for multiple vehicles including large vans. Please respect our neighbours and do not drive over the front lawn.

We live in Manchester (and love Manchester!) so are on hand if needed but generally we leave you to enjoy your stay. The apartment is self check-in, meaning no stress with arrival times.
