The Space:
Step into this beautifully converted loft apartment inside a landmark 1906 building on Princess Street. With soaring warehouse ceilings, original architectural details and a warm industrial charm, guests regularly say this place looks even better than the photos.
The open plan living area is genuinely expansive, with comfortable sofas, a dining table and even a piano for those who play. Electric blackout curtains keep the bedrooms perfectly dark for a great night's sleep, something guests rave about time and again.
MASTER BEDROOM:
A spacious double room with plenty of storage and natural light. Fresh linen and towels are provided for every guest.
ENSUITE BATHROOM:
A stylish private ensuite connected to the master bedroom.
SECOND BEDROOM:
Another comfortable double room, tucked away from the living space. The building is remarkably quiet for a city centre location, so you will not be disturbed at night.
FAMILY BATHROOM:
A second full bathroom with shower, perfect for families or groups. Shower gel and shampoo are provided.
LIVING ROOM:
Light, spacious and airy by day, cosy and ambient by night. The high ceilings and original features make this space feel wonderfully unique and full of character.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with everything you need to cook a proper meal: fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans and all the crockery and cutlery you could want. A washing machine is also available for longer stays.
We provide fresh linen, towels, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, tea and coffee. Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay.
Guest Access:
You'll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.
Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you'd like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know and we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we'll send all the details ahead of your arrival.

This apartment sits on Princess Street, one of Manchester's most central addresses. You are moments from the Northern Quarter with its street art, independent coffee shops and vintage stores. Canal Street and the Gay Village are right around the corner, buzzing with restaurants and nightlife.

Manchester Piccadilly is a 5 minute walk from the apartment, with direct trains to London, Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool and across the north. It is also a Metrolink tram stop, giving you quick access to Old Trafford, the Etihad, MediaCityUK, Manchester Airport and beyond.
Manchester Victoria station is around 15 minutes on foot, with services to Leeds, Liverpool, Bradford and more.
St Peter's Square tram stop is about 10 minutes' walk, connecting you to additional Metrolink lines across Greater Manchester.
Parking: There is a wide choice of paid parking close by. We recommend Sackville Street NCP, a 2 minute walk from the apartment.
Uber operates throughout the city and is a convenient option for getting to the football stadiums, the airport or anywhere else you need to be.
With Piccadilly Station on your doorstep, this apartment is one of the easiest places in Manchester to reach by public transport from anywhere in the UK.
