"We had a wonderful stay. Formerly a duplex apartment in a neighborhood of mostly single family homes, the home is walking distance to sightseeing, bodegas, restaurants, and more. The rooms were clean, well cared for, and showed lots of attention to detail. Two full kitchens, bathrooms in great condition, living rooms were all comfortable. We had a great time and would love to return for next year's tournament."

"The space was just right for 5 of us to gather for the weekend and to attend an event nearby. The living room space was perfect for friends catching up. The kitchen was stocked with enough items for us to do some light cooking. Beds were comfortable and there were ample linens. We had been a bit worried about 1 bathroom for 5 adults getting ready to go out at the same time but it was fine. Hot water did not run out and the bathroom was well stocked. "We had such a great time at Sunset Paradise. It has a great location with wonderful views, a bit of privacy, and a cozy, fun house. The kitchen was stocked with all the extras you could need. Everything was maintained well, clean, and in good order. Plum Island was wonderful as well, we will be back someday. Highly recommend this gem of a place."

"I stayed here with my son and a friend and her children for a few days. We had a great time with enough space and activities for everyone! We had more than enough towels, blankets, pillows, games, kitchenware. The host was very communicative and responsive and kind. We will stay here again on our next visit!"
