This ia a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast has everything you could want. Although the hotel was fully booked we hardly saw any other guests. There is music playing constantly by the pool which I felt was unnecessary. I was glad we went for a city view as I wouldnt have wanted to sit on the balcony listening to the party going on everyday. We were there for 10 days and not once did the turn down service happen. However it was amazing and we had a fantastic time.

Wonderful
It was perfect. The room was spacious, very clean. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great. Check in and out took less than a minute. My family had a great time during our stay. The only two things I didn’t like is the price of water on the swimming pool. It cost a fortune, and the beach side could be better. But I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely big rooms, all have large balcony, best room size in area......But nearly all the staff were untrained and spoke not enough English, had to ask multiple times for things. Phones were often not answered. Several times bedding was ripped and once had blood stains! Room cleaning was erratic, often missed in evening, didn't always put extra items we asked for daily and once threw away several of my cosmetics. Only one proper restaurant on site, no atmosphere in hotel. The pool area had constant loud pumping music all the time, even when the poor musician was playing each afternoon. We couldn't get away from it even on the beach. We asked everyone over and over again to turn it down and softer music, finally after 8 days of asking everyone they put something softer on. Who wants a racket when relaxing by the pool? The ironic thing was, they kept saying people were asking for it - most of the time there was no one or very few other people there. Towels around pool were ALL ripped and bleached. Staff around pool not eager to help, and did so without smiles or understanding. Have clearly suffered from covid and not got their staff back up to scratch, but showed no signs of a 5 * hotel. Shame

Amazing except
Amazing except room service. It was annoying delay in phone calls and in providing service. I called housekeeping three time for towels. It took them one hour to deliver. Food delivered after 45 minutes.

Service à revoir !
Les lieux ne reflètent absolument pas la médiocrité du service de cet hôtel. Le service à la piscine et à la plage est nul. Les employés ne font aucun effort pour se rendre disponible ou satisfaire une demande particulière. La plage est encore en chantier ? Il y’a des gravats ici et là... des blocs de bétons, des planches avec des clous.... Rien n’était installé à la plage pendant 5 jours. Aucune consigne de distanciation lié au covid à la piscine, c’est un véritable cirque. Aucune limitation du nombres de personnes. Nous avons eut 3 jours d’eau très froide dans la piscine. Aucun mot de la direction. Nous avons seulement vu des techniciens intervenir un matin et après l’eau chaude revenait comme par magie. Fort heureusement les chambres sont très belles, et spacieuses. Mais la encore le service de Housekeeping laisse à désirer. Nous étions 4 et tous les jours il manquait deux serviettes. Clairement, je ne peux conseiller cet hôtel pour ce prix.

Overall experience was more than perfect. Amazing staff, amazing facilities and the swimming pool was out of this world. The room was very big and totally worth it. Everyone should experience this hotel once. The only drawback is that no outside food is allowed and the room service can get very pricy. Hot hot mezze plate for BD 8 is a bit overkill. You can have Black Tap deliver to your room although it’s not the cheapest option.

Our room was on the ground floor and led straight to the beach which was amazing. The facilities at the hotel were great. Breakfast was pretty standard nothing special. At times the staff would not call back when asked a query and we had to chase things up a few times but the hotel itself is beautiful. Parker was also really friendly and helpful. Would stay here again for sure.
