"The staff at Best Western The Lagoon Manado were excellent. Sonya / David and their team made sure to give us the utmost attention and care beyond our expectations. They truely deserve a commendation. However, the hotel pool bar currently isn't operational (it would be nice if it was). Perhaps the windows could do a revamp."

"The hotel is standard, location is good but so much noise from the street , I had to leave early , to move to another hotel ."

Overall, my family had a great time and enjoyed their stay!"

You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door. 3. We got somebody elses laundry and some of ours were missing. Found later. 4. The elevator didn't work properly. It left us too high and we had to jump out. Out of order in last...
