The extensive garden will be a favourite place for the little ones to run and play to their heart's content, and in the outdoor dining area they can all gather together to enjoy the wonderful barbecue that is in the house, and with which they can prepare their favourite dishes. The property is also fenced, so privacy is total. The interior of the villa is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor you can watch satellite TV and relax on the comfortable sofas in the living room, which is open to the dining room. The kitchen, which is independent, has a dining area, an exit to the terrace, a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably.
