In our beautiful house located less than 5 minutes from Manacor you can enjoy everything that our beautiful island has to offer. Just 15 minutes from the best beaches, the most authentic towns and cultural centers such as the famous Rafa Nadal Academy, among others. If what you like is the mountains, you have wonderful routes to explore and all of this, within a purely Majorcan environment.
It would be a pleasure for us to be able to host you and be complicit in this wonderful experience.

This Villa has more than 1100 square meters and has everything you need for everyone's enjoyment.

Outside we have a pool where you can enjoy the heat every day, surrounded by freshly cut grass and guarded by palm trees, trees and beautiful rose bushes.

Also next to the entrance of the house you will find a nice porch covered by reeds. Outdoors, you can play fantastic table football, as well as electronic bullseye with darts, ping pong, chess and many more.

The house has two floors.
On the ground floor you will find the living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry and pantry. Going up the stairs, on the upper floor you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom and the two terraces.
Both the living room and the main room have smart TV with Netflix, Movistar TV and Prime TV available.
The living room television is a 43 "Samsung with USB and HDMI connectivity which is accompanied by a HIFI sound system.

The four bedrooms, two of them with a double bed, one with two single beds with the option of converting it into a double bed, and one decorated for the youngest with two single beds, have great natural light and spaciousness, one of which has access directly to one of the terraces on the top floor.

The bathrooms, one on each floor, are perfectly equipped, as well as the laundry.
In the kitchen, you will find a nespresso machine, toaster, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and everything you need for cooking.

You have all the property for you. The house is reserved in its entirety.

Outside there is a swimming pool, where you can relax surrounded by a freshly cut lawn, Palm trees, other typical trees and rose bushes.

The villas entrance has a beautiful thatched porch, where you can play, al fresco, various games including table football, table tennis or chess.

The house has two floors. On the ground floor you will find the living / dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry and pantry. Upstairs on the top floor there two more bedrooms, a bathroom and two terraces.
In both the living room and main bedroom, there are smart Tv's both of which have Netflix, Movistar TV and Prime TV. The television in the living room is a Samsung 43 "with USB and HDMI connection and HIFI sound system.

The four bedrooms, two of which have double beds, one with two single beds with the option of making them another double bed and the fourth bedroom decorated specially for our younger guests, with two single beds. All rooms are spacious, with plenty of natural light and one of the rooms on the top floor has direct access to one of the terraces.

The bathrooms that are situated one on each floor are fully equipped, as is the laundry room. In the kitchen you will find a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, ceramic, dishwasher and everything necessary to cook.

The reservation is for the entire property, which will be solely for your use.
