About the space:
This 2-bed, 2 bath, Silver Bear condo is an excellent place to enjoy everything you love about Mammoth Lakes. The property is walking distance to Canyon Lodge and the free town shuttle – allowing you to access all the great activities Mammoth has to offer right from the front door!
The home is beautifully furnished and decorated with mountain décor, making you feel right at home in the mountains.

This property is a spacious 1180 sq. ft. open floor plan with a living area, dining area and large kitchen. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The living room has natural light from all the windows, comfortable couches, a flatscreen TV, and a cozy gas fireplace.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 people, bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the condo for privacy. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, and dressers/closet space for clothing storage. There is an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower. The second bedroom offers two queen sized beds, also with dresser/closet space. There is a designated workspace with desk, chair, and lamp in the second bedroom. The second bathroom is attached to the main living area and the second bedroom; it offers a double vanity and tub/shower.

In the hallway is private in-unit laundry. There is a ski-locker located in the garage to store all your gear and equipment.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, and laundry detergent.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Silver Bear. There are two jacuzzis, heated underground parking, & community BBQ (seasonal).

There is 1 assigned parking space in the garage (7'2"), and 1 spot available in the outdoor parking area. 2 parking passes provided and must be displayed in the vehicles at all times during your stay.

This area is very popular during the winter. Street parking on the roads is not allowed in winter months from November to April 30th.
