The second guest bedroom has a California King bed and en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The private washer / dryer is on this level for your convenience for those longer stays. The third story features the upstairs open loft, with two twin beds with trundles for a total of 4 twins if needed, perfect for the kiddos or singles! The third and final full bathroom is on the middle level and offers a walk-in tiled shower enclosure. The living room features a Queen sleeper sofa for optional alternative sleeping. The unit has a front deck at the front of the property with gas BBQ grill, and an additional lower deck at the rear of the property. The Mammoth Sierra Townhomes complex offers a swimming pool (Summer only), two year-round outdoor hot tubs, sauna, community BBQ grill (Summer only) and laundry facilities with assigned outdoor parking available right in front of the unit.
