Welcome to the Treehouse, a one of a kind standalone home tucked right beside the Village in Mammoth Lakes.

Surrounded by tall pines and set along the ski back trail, this cozy retreat blends whimsy with comfort — a quiet hideaway just steps from shops, dining, and year round adventure.

Inside, the home is designed for easy, relaxed living. The entry level features two queen bedrooms, each with a mounted TV, plus a full bath. One bedroom opens directly to the back, enclosed yard area — perfect for morning coffee and a breath of forest air. This level also includes a high-top dining table and a comfy leather sectional for game nights or winding down after a day on the mountain.

Head upstairs to the bright, open kitchen and a second spacious living room with a large mounted TV. With two separate living spaces, everyone can spread out — kids watching a movie downstairs while you enjoy a quiet evening or your own show upstairs. There’s even a picnic table outside for summer meals under the trees (seasonal). We do our best to keep u with the snow shoveling and may not always be available in the winter time.

The Treehouse sits across the street from the Village, making it effortless to enjoy restaurants, shopping, and the gondola bridge. The ski back trail runs just beside the home, offering ski in access in winter and a great walking and biking path in summer. The free public shuttle to Main Lodge is roughly 100 yards away, giving you quick access to the Main Lodge without needing to drive.

You’ll have private driveway parking, in unit washer/dryer, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. This is a self catering home — we provide the space and starter essentials, and you bring the items you’d normally pack for a Mammoth getaway.

Whether you’re planning a romantic escape, a friends’ weekend, or a family adventure, the Treehouse offers a peaceful, cozy base just steps from the action.
