The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The second, full, shared bathroom is also located on the entry level, along with the private, in-unit washer and dryer.

The living room is located on the second floor, and opens out onto a balcony with breathtaking views and a private gas BBQ. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a wood fireplace, large sectional sofa, and flat screen Smart TV. The fully-stocked kitchen is also located on the second floor and is furnished with a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, dishware, cookware and utensils for up to 8 guests. Enjoy meals at home with family and friends, eating around the full-sized dining table (seats up to 6), and additional seating for 2 at the kitchen breakfast bar. The upstairs loft serves as the third bedroom, and has 4 Twin beds, 3 standard Twins and 1 pull-out Twin trundle bed, perfect for the kids.

Located in Phase I of Snowcreek, and just a short walk to the golf course.This condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces.

This unit is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs. We have a one time, $35 / per pet / per night.

Two paper parking passes are located on the kitchen counter. Parking is unassigned in the parking area in front of the unit on. first-come, first-serve basis.
