  • Este condomínio de dois quartos e dois banheiros, localizado em Mammoth Lakes, é um refúgio tranquilo, simples e limpo para suas férias de inverno ou verão. A sala tem um grande sofá secional que se encaixa em toda a família, a cozinha e os banheiros são equipados com bancadas em granito, os quartos têm ventiladores de teto personalizados para se refrescar no verão e a sala de estar possui uma aconchegante lareira a lenha para mantê-lo aquecido no inverno.

    O quarto principal possui uma cama king size, banheiro privativo com chuveiro e TV de tela plana. com DVD player O segundo quarto é perfeito para as crianças e oferece uma cama queen-size, além de beliche com 2 Twins e acesso ao banheiro compartilhado. A sala de estar também se transforma em um sofá-cama king size para hóspedes adicionais.

    Uma unidade familiar excelente, a uma curta caminhada de Vons, restaurantes, cinema e muito mais! Todos os hóspedes do Mammoth Sierra recebem acesso completo de cortesia ao Snowcreek Athletic Club para desfrutar de instalações como piscina coberta aquecida, sauna a vapor, academia de ginástica completa, estúdio de ioga, pilates e ciclismo e muito mais. Este condomínio acomoda um máximo de 8 pessoas, existem 2 degraus da unidade, 1 nível interno e não é permitido fumar ou animais de estimação. Os hóspedes receberão dois passes de estacionamento. Great Mammoth escape

Great unit but not maintained

Reviewer Comments: I sent the email below to Mammoth Reservations but received NO response so I’ll share it here:I just rented a condo in Horizons 4, unit #165, May 5-8. We arrived late on May 5 to find that this unit was in disrepair. 1 - In the second bedroom we kept hearing a loud “crinkling” noise. After much investigation we found that the window had a large hole and cracks in it. It was boarded from the outside and covered with plastic on the inside. Every time the wind would blow the plastic made noise keeping us up all night. 2 - In the master bathroom, the shower head was missing so water just came out in a stream. Also the electrical outlet did not work. On May 6 we called to report the issues. On May 7 someone came and added tape over the plastic on the window. Unfortunately this did not fix the noise issue. Nothing was done in the master bath. Everything else in this condo was wonderful: fully stocked kitchen, games, videos, etc.

Every 5-10min the internet would not work. Other than that everything else was good. good location, clean cabin, close to parking, etc.

Carpet nightmare

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Major points that bring down the overall rating are as follows:1. The carpet was discusting through out (sticky and visibly dirty beyond compair). If this were tile or hardwood floors the satification would be much higher.2. Cooking utensils, pots and pans were in cabinets with food and grease residue covering them. These were clearly not washed and left by past occupant. Steps should be taken to inspect the property to avoid this issue.3. The bunk bed in the guest room was so unstable we were not comfortable letting our children (8 & 5) sleep on them. If I had the allen key needed I could have resolved the issue in 15 minutes.Overall many of the issues could have been avoided with minimal effort. The carpet issue however is still haunting me and my family.

However, the 2nd bedroom mattress/box spring was extremely worn out and every slight movement that was made a screech of the box spring/mattress was heard from the master bedroom. The master bathroom shower head resembled something from a high school gym or camp ground shower head. No real quality blankets on the beds so we froze at night. Other than that the condo was fabulous.

Mammoth Stay at Horizons 4, #165

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, but a little run down and had a funky musty smell. We sprayed the provided bottle of Febreze everywhere and that seemed to minimize the smell. The kitchen was nice!

Pre-Thanksgiving get-away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great place for a family get-away! Property was exactly as described; updated, comfortable, clean and a well equipped kitchen. We had an issue with the heat that took a few days to resolve but plenty of firewood to keep us warm and a great management team that kept us updated and fixed the issue as soon as was possible. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants, Black Doubt tasting room, Von's and only a short drive to the village and hiking trailheads. We have stayed at this complex before (smaller unit) and have not been disappointed with the amenities on any visit.
