This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome is right in the heart of the restaurants and shops on Old Mammoth Road! Walk to everything and enjoy the free purple line shuttle right outside the condo! This spacious split level floorplan offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Enjoy the convenience of a two car private garage, and private washer / dryer laundry room. The living room on the main entry level features a large flat screen TV with games and a DVD player, a cozy wood pellet stove and a large comfortable sectional couch to gather. The fully stocked kitchen offers everything you need to cook meals in with friends and family, and a Keurig coffee maker. On the upper level you will find both bedrooms and the full bathrooms. The primary offers a Queen bed, and Twin over Twin bunk beds and flat screen TV. With an attached full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom offers a Full bed with second full bath with shower. This townhouse is located within the Tamarack community on Sierra Park Road, and offers a community pool and year-round hot tub, community BBQ available Summers only. The garage has a boot warmer and offers parking for two standard size vehicles, there is an additional outdoor parking spot parallel to garage access allowing a total maximum of 3 vehicles. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Clean and convenient
My family of four stayed here for a week, and we were very comfortable! We love that it had a garage and washer/dryer in unit. Heads up on the garage, my Toyota 4Runner only just barely fit as long as I angled it in. We would definitely stay here again though!

Good But Not Great
It was a nice place and had everything promised and needed. What was missing which was very important was instructions on using the pellet stove (we froze the first night), they had all the heavy blankets in the closet of the second bedroom so the two that were in the Primary bedroom were very cold on night one and finally there was no map showing where the spa and trash were. Never made it to the spa because we had no idea of where we were looking. It was literally 50 feet from the garage door but with snow we didn't see it until the day we left!

Long Weekend in Mammoth
Great property centrally located easy access to everything Mammoth has to offer, garage was a plus for out mountain bikes. Pool was roped off unfortunately looks like a temporary maintenance issue. We opted for a dip in June lake and a soak in Willy's Hot Springs.

Place was central to everything. Walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants. Great spacious place to stay. Would rent again.

Mammoth
Good size for family and pets. Nice outdoor pool for kids and easy walking distance to anywhere in town. Very pleased with our stay!
