entry level there is a spacious mudroom entry way to store all of your gear,

and two bedrooms and full bath. Bedroom one features a King bed with

flatscreen smart TV. Bedroom two features a Queen and a bunk bed with Full on

the bottom, twin on the top, flatscreen TV. The shared full bathroom is

accessed from the hallway and features a double vanity and tub/shower combo.

On the upper level, the third bedroom features a King bed with TV and full

bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The open plan living room and dining room

looks over an expansive deck so you can soak in the quiet forest setting. Cozy

around the wood burning stove or catch a movie on the large flatscreen TV. The

upgraded kitchen with stone counters and stainless steel appliances is fully

stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The dining space offers

seating for 6 with additional bar stool seating for 3 at the kitchen. This

unit comes with cable TV and complimentary WIFI. The Lakeview Villas complex

offers a gas BBQ grill for use in the Summer months, outdoor hot tubs that are

open year-round, Sauna and a recreation room with games, Fuseball and a pool

table. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club

to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam room, full fitness

facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Please note this unit does

not have any laundry access and there is no facilities at the complex

community. Pets allowed, but no smoking. Guests will be provided two outdoor

parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free

The pet fee is already included in your reservation total if you are bringing

1 pet only. Additional pets must be approved on a case by case basis. If a

snow / seasonal conditions.
