Upgraded Family Home. Private W/D, Walk to Shuttle, Ice Rink & Bowling

Located in the heart of town, and walking distance to everything, this spacious 3 bedroom plus loft, 4 bathroom townhouse has everything to offer. It features a 50" flatscreen TV and Roku Streaming/YouTube TV access, high-speed Internet access, private washer/dryer, and cozy pellet fireplace. You will enjoy a quiet forest setting from the balcony and there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax throughout the cabin. The open kitchen is great for entertaining and is fully stocked with everything you need including an induction range and ceramic cookware, and enjoy a private BBQ grill. The master bedroom features a California King bed, flatscreen TV with Roku streaming/YouTube TV access and en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV with Roku streaming/YouTube TV access, desk with workstation if you need to work or school remotely, and en-suite fulll bathroom with tub-shower combo. While the third bedroom downstairs is perfect for the kids (or singles) and features two Twin beds, flatscreen TV with Roku/YouTube TV streaming access and en-suite bathroom. The loft upstairs has even more sleeping space with a Double bed as well as bunk bed with a Twin on the top and Double on the bottom, with access to the hall upstairs full bath with walk-in shower. An entry way mud area allows a space for all your adventure gear, and the home comes with boot dryers and glove warmers. The Mammoth Sierra Townhomes complex offers a swimming pool, two hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities with parking available right in front of the units. Mammoth Sierra Townhomes offers some of the best floorplans in town with plenty of bathrooms and convenience and is an ideal location for families. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit has 3 levels inside, is non-smoking. This condo sleeps a maximum of 9 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Great location in Mammoth

We enjoyed our stay in Mammoth. I liked that the condo has 4 sleeping areas/bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. All appliances were in good working order. The bathrooms and kitchen counter look like they were upgraded in the last few years. I liked that there were primarily hard surface floors as we have pets. The kitchen and bathrooms were supplied with enough paper goods/ soap/etc for the week - even though I brought extra due to other reviews that there was not enough. One shower leaked and the recliner chair needed repairs - the office staff offered to send someone over that day to fix things. Overall it was a nice place to stay and would definitely stay there again.

Mammoth stay

Our trip began on the 15th, and because of our travel distance, we left at 6am...when we got home, there were instructions dated on the 15th, so we never actually received the instructions; we felt the instructions should have been sent at least a day ahead of departure. although, obviously you have no control over the weather, it was extremely hot, and we had to call for more fans, which they brought, but that wasn't even enough. When we used the pool, without a heater, we just assumed that there would be towels there, but there were not, so, we went through towels rather quickly...I had to go to the office to get more. I was even willing to wash towels in the provided washer and dryer, but there was no detergent. When I was at the office, I used the restroom, and there was no soap, or paper towels. The barbeques that were available looked in a state of disrepair, as did the seat cushions. We didn't feel that the maintenance on the buildings were up to par...Overall, we felt for the money we paid, we were extremely disappointed. We have stayed in several other properties in the Mammoth area, and were happy with them, but unfortunately, they were already booked, so this was a new adventure, which didn't end happily.

Cozy and well stocked

The space was spacious enough and cozy and the place was well stocked. The property management company was amazing to work with but the manager onsite was unfriendly and unhelpful. Our party would definitely go back again!

fishing getaway

Condo was clean and well furnished. parking alittle bit tight but manageable. It was very nice to have 4 bathrooms. We had a great time. Thank you for allowing us to stay their with our labradoodles. The only suggestion is that the Sierra Meadows landscape needs help just to make it more enticing from the outside. Otherwise great condo inside and we didnt even have to buy extra papertowels or dishwashing soap.

Perfect for our family

We love the location. We love that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The only problems were we found a used towel on the back of one of the bathroom doors and a long black hair on a clean towel. Even with that, we plan on returning.

Mammoth Condo

Great location, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, split levels gave elbow room for all of us. Close to Vons, coffee shops and restaurants and a church. Park down the street will be very nice once remodel is finished but you can easily walk to retail places to eat or across the street to a town trail for a quick walk near a creek. We would definitely recommend this place as a winner.

A week in paradise ✨

The condo was a perfect size to give us time together and our own space when wanted. Very centrally located to allow us trips to Convict, Silver, June, Mary and George Lakes. Great shops to go through and places to eat nearby.

Great family condo

The condo worked really well for our family. Each main bedroom and it’s own bathroom. The kids got to sleep in the loft which they loved. Plenty of room for everyone and a cozy living room.

Great home

I went up with my husband and 4 adult children and 2 son in laws. This Condo was great with each room having its own full bathroom x3 , the loft was very accommodating with beds and the 4th bathroom on main level. The kitchen was fully equipped with enough pans which I have experienced the total opposite. Location is great too

Spacious and pet friendly in great location

This place seemed to check all the boxes...large enough for my whole family, pet friendly, great location, and reasonably priced. Home was clean and well stocked. Management group was easy to communicate with and check-in/out was easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Adequate for what we needed.

The place is spacious with 3 bedrooms and a loft and true to the number of beds available for a stay. The location is excellent and the check-in process was easy. I had a few calls to the reservationist and they got right back to me with exactly what I needed. The level of cleanliness didn't match the price. It is obvious the cleaning crew does the basics, but the oven was pretty dirty, the house was dusty and there were cobwebs in window sills. The dishwasher is old and didn't clean the dishes very well, so all that combined was why I titled my review "Adequate for what we needed".

Unit clean with plenty of room.

While the unit was awesome and provided great sleeping arrangement / space for our group, the pool area was our only disappointment. Location allowed us to walk to coffee or the nearby creek - beautiful.
