Summary:
Horizons 4 is located just off of Old Mammoth Road near the Eagle Lodge shuttle stop, Sierra Star Golf Course, Mammoth Meadow, and Mammoth Creek.

The Space:
You will be within walking distance to several shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.

The living room features an oversized sectional couch and 2 loungers placed near a wood burning fireplace, mounted flat screen TV and DVD player. When it begins to get chilly at night or even after a day spent on the slopes, light the fireplace to warm up and set a cozy ambiance with some hot chocolate. Doors leading out to a private deck are also tucked away in this corner. Step outside if the fireplace makes the space a little too warm or if you just need a breath of fresh air. Enjoy the surrounding views of the pines trees. Firewood is often stored out here for your free use.

The kitchen is equipped with a slow cooker, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots/pans and more for homemade meals. Enjoy a hearty breakfast before the action on the slopes. The dining table has seats for 7 guests and the breakfast bar has seats for 4.

The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, TV, and an attached bathroom. The guest bedroom holds a Queen bed. Upstairs is a loft space suitable for accommodating the kids. The loft has a Queen bed, 2 Twin beds, and a bunk bed. There is also a full bathroom up here!

There are 2 outdoor parking spots with permits. The community sauna, hot tub, rec room, and laundry facilities are available year round. The recreation room has a ping pong table, pool table, and video games. The communal pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations are only available during the summer.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Horizons 4 is not a pet friendly complex.
- There are coin-operated washer and dryer amenities within the complex, near the communal rec room.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Great rental

Had a very nice stay in this rental. The condo was clean. The kitchen had a reasonable amount of cookware, although it would have been nice to have a sieve. Could also add a couple of cheap wine glasses. Beds were comfy, heaters worked well and didnā€™t constantly turn on and off. Plenty of firewood was available. The location on meridian is very close to Vons and right down the road from eagle lodge. I will certainly stay here again.

Perfect for multiple families

We ended up here because our original plans were upended by the fires. Iā€™m glad we found this place! Perfect for our two families- plenty of bed space. Situated walking distance to grocery and nice strolls around the community. We went to Yosemite three times: itā€™s 45 minutes to Lee Vining entrance and 2 hours to Valley floor. Other days was easy and fun to explore Mammoth from this location. We had problems with internet- but so did all of Mammoth at that time but just in case be prepared to bring your own hot spot if Internet important. I called Management about it- there was always someone who picked up which was nice. The place was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with kitchen items, games, TV, etc...well worth the price! Community Barbecues available. Some limitation on community space due to COVID.

Great getaway place!

Warm, cozy, inviting, just like a home away from home. I saw the owner took time to think of the little things that make the guests feel welcome. We stayed just after the first snow of the year, and the weather was great. We couldn't have timed it any better. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and a short drive to the middle of town and ski resorts. The people we met are very friendly and willing to share their stories and recommendations. This place is in the perfect location. We'll be back.

Dated but nice and clean. Very comfortable

Had a great time...everything we needed in the condo and warm... The key was hard to get from the lock box...and another guest had the same problem. Better instructions for the combo lock would be helpful. Check in time is too late and i dont like that they charge for early arrival, the whole complex was mostly empty so i dont see the reason for such a late check in when no one is in the condo. Otherwise we really enjoyed the stay.

Nice cozy condo

Just stayed here this past weekend and had a great time. The condo was just the right size for our group. This is probably the most convenient location in Mammoth, the grocery store, shuttle and lots of local eateries within a 5min walk. Would recommend staying here for a weekend visit.

Comfortable location for our Weekend Family Ski Trip

The property was comfortable, providing the number of beds and bathrooms we needed for this ski weekend. The property was clean. The price was reasonable. Some minor work could be done on the shower head in the master bedroom bathroom but other than that we had no problems. We will use the property again.
