This updated, spacious mountain retreat is a rustic, modern mountain retreat fully updated with all the comforts of a new home. You'll love the high-end decor and handmade rugs throughout as well as a beautifully updated full kitchen - equipped with quartz countertops, all-new stainless steel appliances, under-cabinet lighting, and everything you will need to prepare quick snacks or full meals. There's also a warming wood stove to warm up beside after days on the slopes, as well as two large, 4K, flatscreen TVs. Enjoy a hot shower after a day in the snow in the completely renovated bathroom. Enjoy new flooring everywhere as of summer 2021, including radiant heating in the kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and bedroom. There's also a Pack 'n Play for those traveling with little ones. From this location, you can walk to several of the shops, restaurants, shuttle stops, and event venues in town. Guests of this rental will also enjoy access to a shared pool and two hot tubs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
