In a peaceful setting on the edge of fishing ponds and cycle route 3, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 60 m² air-conditioned chalet for rental, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It features a 32 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower), plus a 5,000 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The cottage is located in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing. In order to respect the site and the neighbours, parties, gatherings and any other noise pollution are strictly forbidden.

Accommodation comprises
First floor
- A 32 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchair... overlooking a 4-hectare estate with a dozen fishing ponds. The room is equipped with reversible air-conditioning.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A dining area
- Shower room with WC
First floor
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and storage space
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds overlooking the pond (this bedroom has no door)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Activities :
- Several hiking trails in the heart of the Oise valley, in the heart of nature.
- In Guise (8km), visit the Familistère Godin (1859-1884), a listed building.
- Visit the château fort in season (April to October).
- Aquoisia Center (swimming pool and spa)
- Several canoeing and kayaking clubs
- Visit the Maroilles cheese factory,
- Alpaca farm, donkey rides, Blangy estate with waterfall, pond, forest and on-site activities: climbing wall, archery, etc.
- Close to the Belgian border
- On our estate, we offer fishing activities at an additional cost. Guests must bring their own equipment and enquire in advance about fishing methods: trout fishing and carp fishing (please note strict fishing regulations).
- A private spa on the estate at an additional cost, reserved exclusively for adults and by prior reservation.

Outside:
- A beautiful 5,000 m² garden
- A 20 m² terrace with outdoor furniture.

The house is ideally located in Malzy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from the proximity of all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Marle sur Serre station about 26 minutes away by car, Saint Quentin station 38 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Reims-Champagne airport about 1 hour 27 minutes by car, Lille airport about 1 hour 30 minutes by car.

- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wi-Fi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Steep staircase, may not be suitable for young children.
- Bicycles available on prior request.
- The whole gîte is made of wood, well insulated from noise and cold, all windows and bay windows (except the small kitchen and bathroom windows) are fitted with thermo-regulating curtains (hot and cold).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
