"Excellent location and view of river. Well equipped. Clean. Host very nice person, and communications were promptly addressed. 9/10, would be perfect if had air conditioning. "

"The cottage is very spacious and clean. It has a lot of privacy even thought it is in the middle of an RV campground. It has a vessel boat, paddle boat and kayaks. Lots of fish and stunning sunset. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. "

"This was a well maintained property with wonderful river views and boating dock. The neighborhood was lovely to walk in with easy access to the local bike trail. It was a fun place for our family to spend time together!"

"Great communication with host. View onto the lake is stunning. Plenty of furniture outside to enjoy the view. Location is pretty central to Wendy’s Market, Elgin and Westport to stock up on groceries. House had all we needed (laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, clean towels/linens. AC was nice to have as it was hot during our stay. House was cleaned nicely for our arrival. "

"Mom & daughter spent a lovely week at the Sunrise Cottage. It was smaller than we expected but comfortable, peaceful and well-equipped. We could see that the host puts a lot of time and effort into gardening and beautifying the property and we really enjoyed the beautiful flowers all around. "Our third stay. Best ever! New appliances and kitchen equipment much appreciated. Host very responsive. Hoping to visit again next year."

"The rustic look and feel of the house was wonderful. It was exactly as the pictures showed. Also the games room in the basement is very nice to have. In particular we enjoyed the pool table. The location and property are very quiet which we appreciated. The town was small but we still had a chance to explore, and also enjoyed a hiking next to a waterfall about a 15 minute drive from the propery. Overall we had a good experience."
