The entrance is through a beautifully furnished living room with satellite TV, DVD player, and comfortable sofas. On this floor, there is also an elegant kitchen (fully equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer), a magnificent master bedroom and 2 double bedrooms, all equipped with en-suite shower. The large patio doors provide direct access to the pool area with hydromassage jets, comfortable sun loungers, and a perfect relaxation area to enjoy a relaxing drink by the pool. A staircase leads to the upper floor, with a lovely billiard room and a partially covered terrace with barbecue, perfect for dining outdoors.
