A spacious and newly re-designed (winter 2020) farmhouse villa close to Pollença's old town and the beach at Puerto Pollença. Villa Can Canavaret has beautiful gardens that are child-friendly and private. And it's in a very pretty area of gentle countryside, ideal for cycling and walking.

Inside, it's light and cool with white walls and tiled floors, with modern furniture. All the rooms are at ground level. In the lounge-diner there's a comfortable seating area with and Smart TV, Home cinema, console Wii and Air conditioning Cold and hot for cozy evenings on autumn or spring holidays or the hottest days of the summer. The modern kitchen has appliances including a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. There are three pretty bedrooms - a double room with TV and two twin bedrooms (one of twin bedrooms can be made into a double bed) sharing a large and brand-new family bathroom.
