A car is recommended for Villa Alzina, but with a private driveway, you won't be struggling with parking. Leading off the driveaway you'll be greeted with a covered beamed terrace featuring alfresco dining facilities and hanging lanterns. The comfortable seating area offers wonderful views of the Tramuntana Mountains, imagine drinking your morning coffee here. What a view! The 9 x 5m pool holds the limelight, surrounded by soft green lawn and featuring classic roman steps. 

Inside Villa Alzina is filled with character, with light wooden beams throughout. As soon as you walk in you'll be captivated by the wrought iron staircase! The entrance also doubles up as a dining/seating area, making the most of the space this property has to offer. Straight ahead you'll see the kitchen where the traditional feel continues. The ground floor also hosts a comfortable living area, with satellite TV and wooden doors leading to the terrace. Two bedrooms and a family bathroom are also located on the ground floor.
