VILLA VOLANTI - 10 MIN WALK TO THE OLD TOWN

Villa Volanti is a great Majorcan Villa in one of the best locations in Pollensa, at walking distance to the old historic town with bars, restaurants and shops. It has been made a great use of both local stone and rustic interior design to take profit of all modern facilities, all in a rustic style. A nice private pool and cozy BBQ area are one of the highlights of Villa Volanti. The house is surrounded by a wide lawn area and provides a comfort holiday accommodation next to Pollensa old town. The entry to the Villa is directly into the cozy dining area and lounge with comfortable sofas, fire place and flat-screen TV with international channels. From here there is an access to the rustic and fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities and equipment that you may require on your holiday. On the ground floor there is also one twin bedroom with pool views and another fully equipped bathroom.

From the dining room upstairs there are located all other bedrooms of this nice Villa. There are two bright and airy twin bedrooms on the right side with good dimensions and space. On this area there is also located one bathroom. At the left hand, there is one spacious double bedroom with pool and garden views and a private en-suite bathroom. Straight from the stairs, there is another airy and bright twin bedroom with views towards the Mediterranean garden.

All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.

From the lounge doors open onto the pool area, with a large veranda with sofas area and long dining table. There is also a traditional Majorcan BBQ for enjoy great meals and grill events outside under the open sky ! Sunbathe in the garden area and enjoy the good weather here!

Villa Volanti is situated in the La Font area of Pollensa, with a mountain backdrop and the town in the front. From here you can walk to the center (10 min) at Pollença and in the evening participate of the variety of activities in town or visit the restaurants and bars that the town has to offer, there is a wide choice of restaurants - from local tapas to expensive fine dining restaurants. Pollença is steeped in History and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colorful with local fruit and vegetables and nuts and spices.

Puerto Pollensa is an attractive resort with beautiful beach and offers everything you can need for your perfect holiday. The bay of Puerto Pollensa boasts a wide choice of water sports to choose from. During the daytime you can relax on the beach or for the more active you can hire a windsurfer, kayak, sailboat or go normal water-skiing or jet-biking.

In Cala Sant Vicenç (or just Cala as it is known to locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four little coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenc has spectacular views and crystalline water. There is two large Supermarkets 10 min walk from the Villa, or 2 min drive.
