Newly built country house surrounded by nature. The house combines a traditional style with modern elements. The property is located in the center of the island of Mallorca, which means all different corners of the island (mountain, sea and city) can be reached easily. Ideal for a quiet holiday with family or friends.

The house has 3 bedrooms; 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite with whirlpool, 1 bedroom with two single beds, and 1 bedroom with double bed and toilet and shower which are located next to the swimming pool at 3 meters from the house. There is 1 bathroom with rain shower, 1 living room-dining room-kitchen of 50 mĀ² with a large sofa, chaise longue, and a dining table for 6 people. The 35 mĀ² covered terrace is the ideal spot to enjoy great lunches and dinners outdoors. Furthermore there is a terrace with salt water pool of 9 m by 3. 50 m with a depth between 1 and 1. 50 m, as well as a barbecue and wood oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, vitroceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and crockery, glassware, cooking utensils, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The house is completely surrounded by vegetation and the risk of a forest fire is real. Therefore it is absolutely PROHIBITED to throw cigarette butts on the ground outside.

Diese Finca ist komplett restauriert und ganz neu hergerichtet, eine wunderschƶne Kombination aus rustikaler NatĆ¼rlichkeit und modernem Komfort. Das Anwesen ist Mitten im Zentrum der Insel, und somit kann man die Ferien ganz bunt gestalten (die Berge, das Meer oder die InnlandstƤdte). Ein idealer Ort um ruhige und entspannte Ferien mit der Familie oder mit Freunden zu verbringen.

Das Haus Bietet 3 Schlafzimmer (eines davon mit groƟem Doppelbett und eigenem Bad mit Badewanne, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Betten und eines mit einem normalen Doppelbett und Bad mit Dusche). Die WohnkĆ¼che umfasst 50 m2 mit einem groƟen Sofa und einem Esstisch fĆ¼r 6 Personen. Eine Ɯberdachung der Terasse von 35 m2 ermƶglicht auch das Essen im Freien unbeschwert und beschattet. Direkt in die Terrasse integriert ist das Schwimmbad (9x3.50 m, 1.5 m tief - gereinigtes Salzwasser), eine Grillstation und ein Holzofen. Die KĆ¼che ist komplett ausgestattet mit Ofen, Mikrowelle, KĆ¼hlschrank, Cerankochfeld, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirr und GeschirrspĆ¼ler, Waschmaschine und BĆ¼gelbrett mit BĆ¼geleisen.

Toller Urlaub auf einer sehr schƶnen Finca

Wir hatten eine superschƶne Zeit, angefangen mit der herzlichen BegrĆ¼ĆŸung durch Antonia und Apolonia. Uns wurden auch zwei Flaschen Wasser, eine Flasche Rotwein sowie GebƤck fĆ¼r die erste StƤrkung zur VerfĆ¼gung gestellt. Die Finca ist wie beschrieben; auch die Bilder entsprechen der RealitƤt. Die Lage ist einmalig; direkt in der Natur und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt fĆ¼r AusflĆ¼ge ohne lange Anfahrten. Unser Highlight waren die zwei lieben Esel sowie die zwei sĆ¼ĆŸen und zutraulichen Katzen, die wir als Katzenliebhaber natĆ¼rlich sehr gerne versorgt und betreut haben. Die Esel haben sich auch Ć¼ber tƤgliche Streicheleinheiten und Karotten gefreut. Auch ein Pfau hat tƤglich vorbeigeschaut. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank Antonia und Apolonia.

FĆ¼r Tierliebhaber perfekt...

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Apolonia spricht gut Englisch, bei Antonia sind ein paar Spanischkenntnisse von Vorteil. Bei der BegrĆ¼ĆŸung waren 2 Flaschen Wasser im KĆ¼hlschrank und ein Teller mit lokalen Kƶstlichkeiten fĆ¼r den ersten Hunger bereitgestellt. Eine sehr schƶne Finca. Sehr sauber. Auf den Bildern der Vermieter ist alles ersichtlich. Etwas FluglƤrm da Abflugschneise - geht aber noch. NƤ Ort ist nur 2km entfernt und hat auch einen kleinen Supermarkt wo man einiges erwerben kann. Die grĆ¶ĆŸeren SupermƤrkte sind 15-20 Min mit dem Auto entfernt. Es gibt auch 2 Bars im Ort, allerdings wurden wir in einem der Bars ignoriert bzw nicht bedient. Auf dem GrundstĆ¼ck sind 2 Esel die sich Ć¼ber ein paar Karotten oder Ƅpfel freuen, sie danken es einem mit einem "IA" zur BegrĆ¼ĆŸung. Die zwei Katzen (sie sollten 2x tƤglich gefĆ¼ttert werden) sind anhƤnglich und freuen sich auch, wenn man sich mit ihnen beschƤftigt oder man ihnen abends den Eingang ins Haus nicht verwehrt. Wir haben es geliebt. Der Pool ist ausreichend groƟ. Allerdings aufgrund des nicht so besonderen Wetters wƤhrend unseren Aufenthaltes, schon ziemlich abgekĆ¼hlt. Die Ɯbergabe des Hauses bei unserer Abreise war total unkompliziert. Wir konnten noch bis Mittag in der Finca bleiben und die SchlĆ¼ssel wurden in der SchlĆ¼sselbox abgelegt. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: ein zweiter oder grĆ¶ĆŸerer Sonnenschutz am Pool. ErsatzmĆ¼llbeutel und vielleicht Salz und Pfeffer wƤren super.

Perfekter Urlaub in der Finca sa Garriga

Wir haben die Finca anlƤsslich unseres dreiwƶchigen Sommerurlaubs gemietet und waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Unsere drei Kinder hatten wahnsinnig viel Freude an den Katzen, den Eseln und dem groƟen Pool. Obwohl es im August sehr heiƟ (fast durchgƤngig Ć¼ber 35 Grad) gewesene ist konnte man es durch die Klimaanlagen sehr gut aushalten. Auch die Gestaltung des AuƟenbereichs ( uneinsehbar) mit vielen Pflanzen, der Grillstelle und dem kleinen Teich lieƟ keine WĆ¼nsche offen und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die beiden Gastgeberinnen waren sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel, sowohl bei unserer Anreise die sich um einige Stunden verspƤtet hatte als auch bei der Abreise bei der wir die Finca erst ein paar Stunden spƤter verlassen mussten. Die Lage der Finca ist gut, alle SehenswĆ¼rdigkeiten sind innerhalb von ca. 30 Min. zu erreichen. Wir kƶnnen die Finca nur weiterempfehlen!

Lovely finca in the countryside

We had a really lovely stay at this finca with our two boys. It is clean with a comfortable design. As mentioned in other reviews the finca is also home to two sweet outside cats and 3 donkeys that we all loved. (Pro Tip: Donā€™t let the fat donkey fool you into extra treats for the baby- she is not pregnant, just plump and eats most of the food!). The pool was perfect for the super hot weather; we really had a good opportunity to relax while here. The spot is central to the island so we could easily drive to all spots to explore. Sineu is a few minutes drive with shopping and restaurants. This little town also worth spending time in. Thank you for a great stay; we hope to be back!

WOW! Awesome Finca, modern, clean, fantastic

We stayed with family and some friends in this wonderful estate for 4 weeks. We had a very warm welcome with the owners. They live nearby and are very quick assisting with every issue you might have. The house has air conditioning, very comfortable. The pool is nice and clean and well maintained, exactly as the house. A feature is the nice little house next to the main building. One of the main attractions were the 3 donkeys and the 2 cats on the property. We had a wonderful time here and will come back! Thank you so much for the great time here!

Beautiful Finca Sa Garriga - located very central on Mallorca

We had a great stay in this beautiful Finca. Apolonia and her family were very nice and helpful. At our arrival some nice patries and wine were in the fridge. The arrival was good, also the information we got made it easy for us to find the finca late in the evening. The Finca itself has everything you might need! The pool was nice although still a bit cold early May..:-) The Finca is located very central in Mallorca, which gave us the opportunity to visit all parts of the beautiful island. Also Sineu is a beautiful smal town to visit. Our children also loved the donkeys and the cats. Thank you Apolonia and family for a lovely stay in your Finca. We would definately come back if we go to Mallorca again.

Nous avons vraiment apprĆ©ciĆ© ces 2 semaines Ć  la campagne, dans cette maison spacieuse, avec une vrai piscine, entourĆ©s des chats et des Ć¢nes des propriĆ©taires. L'avantage de la localisation, est de pouvoir aller sur n'importe quelle cĆ“tes de l'ile en 40 mn. Nous avons ete reƧu par Antonia, la maman d'Apolonia, qui est vraiment tres sympathiques. Beautiful spacious finca in peaceful surroundings

We had a very pleasant stay at this beautiful finca in the middle of the island. The houses (one main house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and one guest house consisting of a small bedroom and a small bathroom) themselves were great. Everything was spacious enough for us and nicely furnished. The pool was fantastic and large enough to take a swim or to play ball. It was illuminated at night, which created a lovely atmosphere. There was also a roofed barbecue we enjoyed. When we arrived, we met one of the owners by chance and she kindly showed us around. Very kind people. Three cats belong to the house which she asked us to feed twice a day. As cat lovers, this was definitely a highlight for us as they were very sweet and trusting. Three donkeys live in an adjacent area and we petted them from time to time. If you want to relax in peace and quiet, this house is perfect for you. The next bigger city is Sineu (5 min drive) with some lovely restaurants. Of course, beaches are a bit more far (30 min drives) but you have quiet and peace here. If I had one wish for the future, it would be that the two bedrooms in the main house would be equipped with AC and not only the one in the guest house. During the day we did not leave the AC on to preserve energy and it can become quite hot. But it was still fine since we turned on the two ACs in the kitchen and there was a fan. All in all, absolutely recommended!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschƶn und mit so viel Liebe zum Detail. Alles war beeindruckend sauber und ordentlich. Ausstattung der KĆ¼che war richtig gut und auch bei heiƟen Temperaturen war durch Ventilatoren und Klima alles super. Die Terrasse mit der langen Tafel, der Lounge, sowie der Pool sind das Highlight.

We stayed one week in the Finca and had a really good time. The house was very clean and just as on the photos! The outdoor eat and chill area is big and offers enough space, to eat, to sit or to play games. The location of the house was great, 30 minutes to Palma. The communication with Apolonia was very gassy all the time! We would definitely come back!

Vacances de rĆŖves

Sa Garriga est encore mieux que sur les photos et les descriptions. Au calme en pleine nature dans un cocon luxueux et superbement dĆ©corĆ©, nous avons passĆ© de merveilleuses vacances. La situation centrale est idĆ©ale pour dĆ©couvrir Majorque nous n avons qu une hĆ¢te c'est de revenir dans cet Ć©crin.

Finca Urlaub in der Mitte von Mallorca

Die Finca isr super eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Zur BegrĆ¼ssung gab es im KĆ¼hlschrank Wasser, Wein und GebƤck Toll! Der Pool und die Massagedusche sind super. - Es ist allerdings so, dass die GerƤuschkulisse der Flugzeuge, es ist die Einflugsschneise nach Palma, manchmal etwas nervt, auch fĆ¼r StƤdter, die ebenfalls in einer Einflugsschneise wohnen. Die zu betreuenden Katzen machen Spass, wer es nicht mit Katzen " hƤlt", wird wahrscheinlich nicht so glĆ¼cklich sein. Wir hatten eine schƶne Woche, Sineu, in der NƤhe, haben wir abends hƤufiger angefahren. Die BegrĆ¼ssung durch Apolonia hat war toll, der Kontakt zu ihr, um eine Wegbeschreibung am Anreisetag zu erhalten war problemlos.

Wir haben den Urlaub gerne in der Finca verbracht

Alles sehr gut. Die Klimaanlage im Nebenhaus fehlt. Bei Temperaturen von mehr als 30 Grad kann man es kaum aushalten.
