From May 2023, Son Forteza begins a new stage with a change of ownership and a complete renovation, both inside and outside. All furniture and sanitary facilities have been replaced, and the roof has been carefully insulated to ensure a comfortable indoor environment and greater energy efficiency.
This charming holiday property has a land area of 2,000 m² and is located in Crestatx, in the north of Mallorca, between Sa Pobla and Pollença, on the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountain Range. Surrounded by nature, the estate hosts a varied vegetation that includes fruit trees such as bananas and prickly pears, as well as native species like holm oaks and pine trees, which provide a natural and serene environment.
The garden, spacious and well-maintained, has a swimming pool (9 x 3.5 m) located just in front of the terrace, ideal for relaxing and disconnecting. The natural environment offers both sunny and shaded areas to adapt to each preference. The house is distributed on a single floor, with independent access to all rooms from the outside, which provides comfort and privacy.
The interior spaces have been designed in a modern and personalized way. Each room has air conditioning, mosquito nets, blinds or roller blinds. Both rooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower, which can be separated by doors for greater privacy. The windows include mosquito nets and blinds, and the light wells illuminate the living room, dining room and kitchen, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. From the main entrance, there is a direct view of the pool and garden.
The property is completely naturally fenced, preserving its privacy without losing connection with the environment. It has parking just in front of the house, as well as in the inner courtyard, where it is also possible to safely store bicycles.
Location
Son Forteza is located in the quiet residential area of Crestatx, in Sa Pobla, in the north of Mallorca. From Palma airport or the city centre, it can be reached in approximately 35 minutes by car via the Ma-13 motorway.
Thanks to its excellent location, many points of interest on the island can be easily accessed. Pollença is only 8 km away, while Alcúdia is located 12 km away. Both towns offer a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars. Sa Pobla, more authentic and less touristy, is situated 5 minutes away and is famous for its restaurants, where excellent local gastronomy can be enjoyed, often hidden behind discreet facades.
The beautiful beaches of Alcúdia, Pollença and Alcanada are a few kilometres away. Between Port de Pollença and Alcúdia there is a beach much appreciated by windsurfing and kitesurfing enthusiasts.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
