Die Unterkunft war für 10 Personen super geeignet. Wir nutzten die verschiedenen Plätze zum Handball — und Volleyball spielen, genossen den schönen Pool mit den bequemen Liegen. Wir fühlten uns rundherum sehr wohl.

sehr cooles Haus

super Haus mit allem was es braucht. cati sehr nett und zuvorkommend. haben das beachvolleyballfeld sehr oft benutzt. zum glück hatten wir ball dabei. die vorhandene bälle waren alle platt.

Fantastic Property, but you need a car!

My family had a brilliant time at the villa, Its a special place with excellent facilities that ensured that my family had a special time and made so many family memories. We would highly recommend this villa, great pool, big bedrooms and as important supported by a fantastic team - at 5StarsHome Trust & Travel, especially Kimberley, the most attentive and sincere professional that I have ever spoken with regarding any holiday that I have booked. At 63, thats alot!!. Knowledgeable, caring above all efficient. I cant forget Cati, you will read about her all through the reviews - they are all true. She is wonderful, makes you feel at home and helps so much. Always going the extra distance to make your holiday special (even acted as a taxi driver! 6 adults and 2 children under 3 had the best holiday, strongly recommend this company. We are looking to go back next year and this time we will be hiring a car. The taxis are terrible. Especially Mallorca cabs who do not turn up, leave you with young kids without getting home.

On arrival, we had to clean the kitchen and all the kitchen utensils. On the second day, the house was burgled and the help was of little use. The agency 5StarsHome only communicated via Whatsapp and did not bother to help us in any way, be it going to the police with us or taking security precautions. The homeowner only told us that it was impossible to break in, but the house has several unlockable windows and the fence is slightly passable at the most critical point. She didn't want to know about this and simply ignored us. They also didn't tell us that a stranger or the staff, who had never done anything all week, also lived in the house and had access. And the police also mentioned that the house was predestined to be burgled. For these reasons, we requested a personal inspection so that we would be guaranteed to get our deposit back. Nevertheless, the agency and the landlady accused us of stealing a music box and had the cheek to take a disproportionate amount from the deposit. I would not rent any more holiday homes from 5StarsHome as they have no qualms about ripping off customers.

Fantastic family villa

The villa was perfect. Large pool, vast grounds, modern and comfortable. In a peaceful rural location but still close to amenities, restaurants & the coast. Lovely host who brought us some home cooked Mallorcan food as well. A high recommend from me!

Fabulous house with great facilities

Cate, our host, was truly great, even though she has no English and we have no Spanish. The house was superb. Main bedroom could have done with some doors for privacy to the bathroom and also a mirror in the bedroom. Great pool facilities, but a few little drinks tables would have been a useful addition. However, no complaints, except that we couldn't stay longer.

Alles war Top!

Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Die Finca und der Garten mit Pool hatte alles was man sich wünscht. Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten, ein Gym zum Trainieren, Ping Pong… es wurde nie langweilig. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und verbrachten die Zeit am liebsten Zuhause. Die Verwalterin war äusserst freundlich und hat uns herzlich begrüsst und rumgeführt. Auch während dem Aufenthalt war sie für jegliche Anliegen für uns da. Allen in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt ohne Probleme.

Tolles Objekt in einer perfekten Lage

Das Objekt ist für Familien mit Kindern oder eine kleine Reisegruppe perfekt geeignet. Tolle Badelandschaft mit ausreichend Entspannmöglichkeiten. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da es nur ein paar Minuten vom Strand entfernt ist und doch außerhalb der Touristengebiete.

Tolle Unterkunft

Schöne Finca, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, ideal für eine Reise mit Freunden. Die Eigentümerin wohnt direkt gegenüber und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ist mangelhaft, was den Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus nicht beeinträchtigt hat, jedoch im Vorfeld, währenddessen und im Nachhinein nervig ist. Wir sprechen eine Empfehlung an dieser Stelle aus, und wir werden wiederkommen!

Amazing staycation

Kids had way too many days off from school for semana blanca. So we decided to do a staycation. Great getaway I would highly recommend it!! Kids heaven!

Fabulous family holiday at Es Garrover es Vela

We had a wonderful holiday at this beautiful, modern villa set in lovely gardens. The property is well equipped and the staff at 5 Star Homes were extremely helpful (even after delay at airport meant we arrived in the middle of the night). Not much within walking distance but plenty of shops and supermarkets about 10 minute drive away. Plenty to keep you busy at the Villa with volleyball/football pitch, lovely pool, table tennis, pool table, darts, gym and park area. An all round fabulous villa and a great place to stay to explore Majorca.

Lovely Villa in beautiful gardens and surroundings, my only criticism was that the Jacuzzi Bath doesn't work and when I reported this to the local Property Company, I simply got the reply that it does not work as a Jacuzzi, not good enough when the facility is advertised as such.

Traum Finca

Die Finca selber ist ein Traum. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Kleinigkeiten findet man immer ( Haken für Küchentücher z.B), aber mal ganz ehrlich in den Ferien kann man auch darüber hinweg sehen. Alles in allem hatten wir 8 Personen einen wünderschönen Urlaub. Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder bei FeWo-direkt oder 5Starshome buchen.

Erholung pur!

Wir können uns den positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Super sauber, toller Außenbereich mit einem schönen Pool, der zur Erfrischung einlädt. Innenausstattung prima - es fehlt an nichts. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Restaurants fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Sicherlich haben wir dieses Objekt nicht letztmalig gebucht. Vielen Dank und weiter so!

Lovely house in Llubi

We spent one week in the house, and we vere quite happy about it. It had everything we needed, the aircondition worked fine and the key box worked brilliantly at arrival/departure. The pool seemed bigger than on the pictures. There were plenty of chairs and sunbeds. The negatives must be a very uncomfortable bed in the master bedroom, and Llubi being a pretty boring and uncharming village. We also missed the garage stated in the listing, and several times we had to park a bit far from the house. The internet connection was a bit slow, and it only worked inside the house.

Schöner Ausgangspunkt für alle Ausflüge

Die Terrasse ist wunderschön. Wenig Touristen, umgeben von Einheimischen. Ruhe und Erholung,mehr braucht man nicht.Sehr schön.Wir waren zufrieden .

J'avais rêvé de vacances au calme...et elles ont été magiques !

Nous avons découvert une petite maison de village impeccable, superbement décorée et très bien équipée. Nous avons pu profiter de vivre au rythme des cloches de l'église sans devoir subir les bruits de hordes de touristes.

Location fidèle aux photos

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à llubi, il y a quelques points qui n'étaient pas précisés dans l'annonce, comme la place de parking, il n'y en a pa d'attribuée il faut trouver une place dans la rue pour se garer, la piscine n'était pas chauffée, ce n'est pas forcément très grave mais avec des enfants en bas âges c'est moins pratique. La rue est assez passante du coup assez bruyante surtout que deux des chambres donne sur la rue, les éboueurs passent tôt le matin vers 3h du coup les premières nuits c'est un peu dur. Malgres ces quelques désagréments nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans une location avec beaucoup de confort et le ménage fait durant le séjour.

A wonderful place to return. Un maravilloso lugar para volver

The "Villa Romantica" we had in Llubí (Majorca) is simply wonderful. It's a fully-equipped old house completely renovated that caters for everything you need. The pictures on the webpage portray exactly what the house is like although I must say it's even more beautiful when you are in the house itself. We had drinks to welcome us and everything is so new and clean that it has been a real pleasure our stay in the house. It is really ell located because it's in the centre of the island and this allows you to travel in all directions without having to spend a long time in the car. We were able to visit a great part of the sland because of this excellent location. Going to the house at night was very relaxing because the village is really quiet and we slept very well. The pool is a plus after a long day visiting the beautiful Majorca. Nicolás, the person from the organization we met is a friendly and helpful young man. No doubt we shall return to this house. La "Villa Romántica" en la que nos alojamos en Llubí es espectacular. Tiene de todo. Es una casa antigua de pueblo totalmente renovada y con todas las comodidades. Es igual que en las fotos de la página web aunque yo diría que la realidad supera la impresión que te da la página web. A la llegada teníamos bebidas de bienvenida en el frigorífico y todo estaba tan nuevo y tan limpio que daban ganas de quedarse en la casa. Está muy bien situada en el centro de la isla lo que te permite viajar en todas las direcciones para ver Mallorca sin necesidad de hacer grandes desplazamientos. Visitamos muchísmos sitios y la vuelta a la casa con la piscina era realmente algo impagable. Llubí es un pueblo muy tranquilo por lo que el descanso nocturno estaba asegurado. Nicolás, el joven de la organización que conocimos fue muy amable y nos orientó sobre qué hacer en la isla. Sin duda está en nuestros planes volver a esta casa tan estupenda.
