This country house, is surrounded by beautiful countryside, it's located in a very quiet area. Approximately 1km from the old town of Pollensa. The house is fully equipped.


Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa: The picturesque countryside around Pollensa is a colourful mixture of fertile fruit orchards and lightly wooded glades, bordered by hills to the south and dramatic rocky outcrops of Mallorca's northern mountains. Contained within ten square kilometres, the region stretches along the coast to Alcudia from the golden beaches of Puerto Pollensa and inland to the quaint, historic small town of Pollensa itself. To the north the shores of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are fringed with kilometres of golden sand with water sports and ideal sun bathing for the more relaxing holiday. Both Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa offer a good selection of restaurants, ranging from cafes and tapas bars to fine dining. Pollensa, apart from its pretty square has the Via Crucis which is a notable attraction with its long stairway which ascends Calvary Hill, from which there are superb views over the coast. Puerto Pollensa is a pretty, unaffected resort that is a firm favourite with families.

Mallorca: It is easy to understand why Mallorca is a firm favourite with holiday makers of all age groups. From the beauty of the stylish resorts such as Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia along it's northern shores, to the more hectic lifestyle of the west coast and the golden coves of Cala D'Or towards the south, this wonderful island allows you to be as lively or relaxed as you want to be. This Balearic Island is one of fantastic contrasts, mountain ranges, unspoilt coves, sophisticated resorts, beaches, cities and beautiful rural country side.

Fantastic villa if you like tranquility whilst still having the ability to walk into town for dinner. The villa itself is delightful. The two bedrooms contain twin beds and all rooms are air conditioned and clean. The bathroom has one of the better showers I have experienced in Spain with decent water pressure and a big shower head. The best part is the outdoor space. The pool is large, deep and in the sun all day. Around the pool is a large sun terrace with a mix of sunny and shaded areas. There is also a covered table in the shade and a ping pong table which is sheltered from the wind.Finally there is a roof terrace which gives amazing views of the surrounding mountains. There's tons of bird life - we were serenaded all day by nightingales whilst we watched eagles over the mountains. Walk to pollensa takes 15 minutes and is mainly flat. NOTE: The road to the property is very narrow and has tight turns with walls on both sides. Don't order a massive SUV from the hire company unless you want a tricky drive! We had a fiat 500 which was perfect

Lovely villa with great pool

Can Pascoli was very comfortable, clean and had everything you could want. The pool is fabulous. Large enough to have a proper swim and it has jets at one end. The walk into Pollensa is easy and only takes 20 minutes which is great for evenings out in town. All in all, a lovely peaceful villa within easy reach of all amenities. Thank you Guillem & Antonua

Beautiful location on the edge of Pollensa

This is our second time staying in this villa. It is in a beautiful location with views to the mountains and the sound of birdsong all around yet within walking distance of the town. It has all the amenities that we needed and has a great pool.

Positiv: Lage des Hauses, schƶn ruhig, nette Nachbarnca. 1 Km laufen um nach Pollenca zu gelangen, wo es tolle Restaurants, Bars etc gib.Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist schlicht. Soweit okay , sauber.Der Grill ist gut, leider sind keinerlei BBQ GerƤte zur Nutzung vorhanden. Habe den Pfannenheber genommen. Das Haus: kleines umgebautes Bauernhaus ( ca. 55 qm ) mit Einfachverglasung und nicht sehr effektiver Klimaanlage. Feuchtigkeit lief an den Innenscheiben runter. Wir waren aber auch im Feb/MƤrz da. War sehr klamm die Angelegenheit.Leider sind keinerlei Mƶglichkeiten um Jacken oder andere Dinge irgendwie anzuhƤngen. Bad einwandfrei nur keine Mƶglichkeiten etwas anzuhƤngen.Wir waren zu 2 da. War PlatzmƤƟig okay. Mit 4 Leuten ist es zu klein. Nun hatten wir leider recht schlechtes Wetter. Mussten als viel Zeit im Haus verbringen.Das GrundstĆ¼ck ist schƶn! Die Wegbeschreibung fand ich nicht gut! Hatte mir das Bild ausgedruckt vom Haus/ Tor. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir brauchten keine Hilfe weiter.Die Tischtennisplatte ist gut, die SchlƤger naja!Fazit: Tolle einfache sehr entspannende Location und GrĆ¼sse an unsere Lieblingskatze ( Siamverschnitt)Wir haben uns trotz der kleinen UnzulƤnglichkeiten sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt.Man braucht einen Mietwagen!!! Die Gegend ist der Hammer! Viele schƶne Touren gemacht

La maison est trĆØs bien situĆ©e. Situation idĆ©ale pour visiter les plus beaux coins de Majorque (serra da Tramuntana, cap Formentor, ...). Les paysages sont Ć©poustouflants. L'environnement est super calme, au bout d'un chemin Ć©troit et tortueux (attention, un gros SUV ou un minibus peut avoir du mal Ć  passer). Beau jardin, piscine magnifique, mais les moustiques, c'est une vraie calamitĆ©. MĆŖme en novembre, on se fait agresser Ć  n'importe quelle heure de la journĆ©e. Insupportable, mais c'est le cas un peu partout Ć  Majorque. Il n'y a qu'en montagne qu'on est tranquille. La maison n'est pas grande mais juste suffisante pour quatre personnes. Les canapĆ©s, qui ont l'air tout neufs, sont particuliĆØrement confortables. L'atmosphĆØre intĆ©rieure est assez humide (en novembre) et la clim a du mal Ć  rĆ©chauffer l'atmosphĆØre. Elle est bruyante et a l'air bien fatiguĆ©e. Il manque une chaufferette Ć©lectrique dans la salle de bain. Equipement de cuisine succinct mais suffisant. Lits confortables. Le propriĆ©taire est trĆØs disponible et trĆØs serviable. Pour rĆ©sumer, nous avons passĆ© une semaine formidable Ć  PollenƧa.

Just back from a 12 night stay with my wife and daughter at this super nice villa set in a beautiful location just a short walking distance from Pollensa town centre. The villa was as described and perfectly met our needs and the pool was fantastic. Big thank you to Gullium who was a great host and very understanding and forgiving when we had a small accident with a plant pot!! Very much looking forward to another visit next year.

Amazing Villa set in the most beautiful location

We had a perfect stay in this amazing villa. The photos do not do it justice. The views from the terrace were spectacular. The whole house and garden were well maintained and very clean. Air conditioning everywhere. The walk in to Pollenca old town was an easy 15 minutes. The town itself was beautiful with lots of bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying in this villa to experience the peace and solitude of this beautiful part of the island.

Fantastic Outside Space And Great Location

The Villa is perfect if you want a quiet location thatā€™s also within easy walking distance of Pollensa. It has great views, a large pool, bbq, table tennis, and plenty of shade if you want it. The kitchen is well equipped, while the rest of the interior is more than adequate, and slightly better than the pictures suggest. Guillem is an excellent and friendly host. If youā€™re a nervous driver then this might not be the place for you as the road from the main road is very narrow. We would return.

Wunderbare Lage

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist wunderbar. An 2 Seiten umgeben von bewaldeten Bergen hat man das GefĆ¼hl allein mitten in der Natur zu sein. Im und am Haus findet sich alles, was man im Urlaub benƶtigt... Liegen, Grill etc. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist absolut ok. Dann gibt es noch ein ganz besonderes extra, der Pool. Wir haben schon viele FerienhƤuser besucht hatten aber noch keinen Pool in dieser GrĆ¶ĆŸe. Wir lieben RĆ¼ckenschwimmen und hier waren (jedenfalls bei mir) 15 SchlƤge bis zur Wende mƶglich... also das Schwimmen macht Spass und das Baden sowieso. Die Umgebung des Hauses spricht fĆ¼r sich und gehƶrt fĆ¼r uns zu den schƶnsten Destinationen auf Mallorca. Das Haus ist eine echte Empfehlung.

Villa in tranquil location

We really enjoyed our stay. The Villa had everything we needed and the garden and pool were fantastic with a beautiful mountain backdrop. We really liked the tranquil location with no road noise, yet it was only a short walk into the town. Weā€™d definitely stay again.

First class property

The property was excellent with everything we required. The rural location is also very good. Make sure you have detailed directions or it will be difficult to find. Pollenca itself is a pretty town to visit & there is plenty to do in the area. The host was very pleasant & helpful.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Perfekt zum relaxen. Schƶner, groƟer Pool. Einfaches Haus, aber alles vorhanden incl. Tischtennis. Pollenca Altstadt fusslƤufig erreichbar. Netter, unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Anfahrt im Dunklen etwas tricky ( eng, verwinkelte StraƟe,wie oft auf Mallorca) tagsĆ¼ber aber kein Problem. Danke!

Ein kleines Paradies

FĆ¼r uns als 4-kƶpfige Familie war dieses Ferienhaus die perfekte Basis fĆ¼r einen wundervollen Urlaub auf Mallorca. Abseits der Touristenmassen bietet dieses Haus alles was man zum entspannen und wohlfĆ¼hlen braucht. Es ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Mikrowelle, GeschirrspĆ¼ler und Waschmaschine. Alles ist gut gepflegt und funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir haben insbesondere den schƶnen Garten und den Pool sehr genossen. Die teilweise Ć¼berdachte Veranda ist ideal, um drauƟen zu Essen. Auch die Tischtennisplatte und den gemauerten AuƟenkamin zum Grillen haben wir gerne genutzt. Die Lage am Ortsrand von Pollenca ist ideal um groƟe Teile der Insel mit weniger als 1 Stunde Autofahrt zu erkunden. Die StrƤnde von Alcudia, Pollenca, Formentor und Sant Vicenc sind in 10 - 25 min per Auto zu erreichen. Der Vermieter Guillem ist super nett und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, kĆ¼mmerte sich alle paar Tage um den Pool und die Pflanzen im Garten.

Small and simple but comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday.

For me, the photographs on the website do not do the villa justice.. the large pool, the jacuzzi and the lush mountain views from the roof terrace are all very much under sold. The only negative, as others have alluded to, is the drive up to the villa. The long and winding roads are so narrow they leave very little room for error! However, that drive gives you privacy and an adventure that really lives long in the memory. At Can Pascoli, you can expect many visitors such as cats and geckos but make sure to coat yourself in bug spray as bugs live in the bushes nearby and may feast on your limbs, torso and back! Overall, mine and my families experience at this villa was very positive, everyday felt better than the last and its so easy to go out for dinner as the main square in pollensa is only a 15-20 minute walk away. We arrived around 8pm and the owners had generously left a bottle of red wine, cold water and bag of nuts on arrival.
