The cozy holiday home "Bella Mar 1" is the twin house of "Bella Mar 2" is located in Barcares, the extension of Alcudia, just about 200 meters from the beach, directly next to the other Villa. Barcarés is a very popular holiday area, the so-called children's holiday paradise. The eternally shallow water is ideal for young children. There is much to discover here. So dive mask and snorkel in the suitcases and have fun. Culture lovers prefer to stroll through the narrow streets of the old town and enjoy local specialties in small tapas restaurants. Water sports enthusiasts can glide through the entire "Sa Marina". A real pleasure for all photographers! Our modern holiday home "Bella Mar 1" is one of our most popular holiday homes, with its location and comfort the central and quiet location near the beach is highly appreciated by all the most demanding travelers, with a very garden well kept. Relax on the grass or in the hammocks meals while sunbathing under the sky of Mallorca. There is also a lot of shade and a covered terrace next to the house, where there is also a grill for your barbecue parties. Right in front of the house there is a playground where children can play and enjoy their vacations.

The modern 208 m² interior is distributed over 2 floors. In the lower area there is a cozy TV corner with comfortable sofas and access to the terrace. The open dining room is integrated into the living room. The kitchen is separated from the common area, but has direct access to the dining room and is equipped with everything you need in a kitchen that works well. On the ground floor there is also 1 large double bedroom and a bathroom. The other sleeping area is located on the upper floor and consists of 3 modern double bedrooms and 2 beautiful bathrooms. All areas of the house are equipped with air conditioning and designed with great attention to detail. Upon request, we provide cots and high chairs for our smallest guests.
