A well-equipped holiday apartment for 4 people in the building located 20 meters from the sea. The elevator will take you straight to the beautiful and calm beach in a minute - you do not even need to dress up for a walk. The beach has areas with natural shades to protect you from direct sun. The main beach of Santa Ponsa is also in the walking distance.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned with separate units in living room and bedroom. Sufficient amount of towels and bed linens is included. The washing machine is available.

The apartment is located on the 8th floor and provides you with a magnificent view on open Mediterranean sea and Santa Ponsa bay. The terrace is an ideal place for romantic dinners with the sea view. Next morning the gentle sound of sea waves will wake you up for a new beautiful day.

Great view, clean and comfortable

This was our second visit to this apartment. Ewa kindly coordinated a last minute early arrival for us. The apartment was clean, convenient, and the view is great. There were plenty of stores and restaurants within a short distance. We hope to stay here again!

Santa Ponsa hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Günstig ist die Parkmöglichkeit direkt in der Appartement-Anlage. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für die Nutzung der Infrastruktur und Spaziergänge im Ort und außerdem ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Palma, in die Berge und die sonstige Umgebung.

Cozy Apartment with a Million Dollar View

The view from the apartment is super-fantastic! We woke up every morning and saw the Mediterranean sea - a beautiful view. We stayed during the off-season, in January, and most of the shops, restaurants and bars were closed, but a number of them were open and every restaurant we tried had outstanding food and service. There were many good restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The property was just as advertised. The property was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was functional and we cooked several breakfasts and dinners there. We would definitely stay here again.

schönes Apartment mit traumhaften Meerblick

Wir waren eine Woche im Oktober in der Apartmentanlage. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartment ist sauber, mit wirkliche allem was man braucht ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Besonders hat uns der Balkon mit dem genialen Meerblick und tollen Sonnenuntergängen im Meer gefallen. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, dass die Anlage über einen eigenen Parkplatz verfügt. Bis etwa 18 Uhr waren hier immer genug freie Parkplätze verfügbar und abends sind wir zu Fuß in eines der vielen Restaurants direkt in der Nähe gegangen. Besonderer Tipp hier: Restaurant El Coqui .

Rocky communication at first....loved our stay in the end

For some reason our host forgot we were coming and so the day of our arrival I finally heard from him I should have contacted him a couple of days before to tell him we had no information of where to checkin. The address on the Homeexchange didn,t get us to the location.....it should say the name of condo development “Caesar’s”. We waited for the place to be cleaned and finally got into our tiny home with a spectacular view. It was equipped with all we needed for a great 4 days. Location so good, beach wonderful. The pictures show that it is dated but hey the price was good for such a view. The first 2 nights the wifi was weak and was unable to zoom chat but on the 3rd and 4th day the streaming was really good. Thanks for improving the internet power. LOVE MAJORICA

GORGEOUS VIEW

Absolutely gorgeous view and very clean! I would definitely rent again! The only thing I would change would to be add stronger WIFi. The WIFi is extremely slow however coming from the states we had to have international plan on our phones. Super easy walking distance to everything 5 min walk to the market for water and etc. we didn’t rent a car and had no trouble. Again the view was worth the renting.

Très belle situation mais parking annoncé très défaillant!

Appartement bien situé avec vue directe sur la mer, tel que le montre les photos! Station balnéaire très fréquentée, avec beaucoup de monde en permanence... Environnement parfois bruyant le soir ! Mais nous avons surtout été très gênés par la difficulté du parking dans cette résidence! l'annonce indique "parking privé inclus dans l'offre"; en réalité les places de parking ne sont pas numérotées et ne sont pas liées à un appartement précis; il y a souvent plus de voitures que de places de parking disponibles! pendant 3 jours, rentrant d'excursions vers 18H, il n'y avait plus de places libres, et nous avons dû mettre la voiture dans un parking municipal en ville, à 1Km à pied de la Résidence!! Aucune possibilité de staionnement dans les rues voisines... les autres jours de la semaine nous sommes rentrés avant 16H pour être sûrs d'avoir une place ! Dommage! Nous ne pouvons pas recommander cette location pour cette raison, surtout si vous venez à Majorque pour visiter et découvrir l'île, et circuler tous les jours.

Appartement agréable et confortable avec une vue magnifique, correctement équipé, avec toute les commodités aux alentours. A signaler toutefois la chambre minuscule et la difficulté de trouver une place dans le parking de la résidence le soir

Lage sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist NICHT rollstuhlgeeignet, ich konnte nur in die Wohnküche, aber nicht ins Bad und ins Schlafzimmer; also Schlafen auf der Couch und Waschen am Küchen-Spülbecken. Eine Lampe defekt, zwei weitere Lampen ohne Schalter. H.E.

Fantastischer Ausblick auf das Meer, direkt vom Apartment.

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern da. Alles zweckmäßig und sinnvoll eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch, die Apartment Anlage gut gelegen um direkt ins Stadtzentrum zu laufen. Wir haben es genossen.

Toller Ausblick. Aber das Appartement ist in die Jahre gekommen.

Der umfunktionierte Balkon ist als Wintergarten ok. Aber es bröckelt überall der Putz. Eine Seite im Bett war unter der Matratze kaputt. Die Wäsche hing noch nass auf dem Ständer und es dauerte zwei Tage zum Trocknen. Sauberkeit so einigermaßen.

Traumhafter Meerblick

Schönes Appartment mit traumhaften Ausblick. Die Ausstattung war leider nicht so wie angegeben, es fehlte die Kaffeemaschine und der Geschirrspüler!!! Es wurde uns aber dann einen Espressokocher gebracht. Ansonsten einfache zweckmäßige Ausstattung.

The location is good. given the price the booking is good, however no internet and some of the benefits of the place need to be updated a little. Door lock was broken. Only a single door key. The furnishings need updating. Otherwise great view and in a nice area of the town.

Santa Ponsa great place to stay

Santa Ponsa is definitely a great place to stay, ideal location to travel around the island, we used the buses and found it a great way to travel. The apartment is ideally situated, it is very clean and tidy, and well equipped, with fantastic views over the bay, we will definitely be going back
