Eine Wand in der Wohnung ist daher auch eine Natursteinwand, was eine schöne AtmosphĂ€re und ein immer etwas feuchtes Raumklima gibt. Um dies etwas auszugleichen hĂ€ngen insgesamt 4(!) KlimagerĂ€te an der Wand, die der Lage immer Herr werden. Die Ausstattung wĂŒrde ich als "komplett" bezeichnen. Badewanne, Dusche, Kochinsel mit Gasherd,...

"A very spacious and agreable appartment, very clean, with several balconies. It takes some time to get used to the view on the highway viaduc, just a few meters away from the building's facade. The traffic is not too noisy though. Some features are missing to make the place a 5-star location: no AC (only one small van), no wifi, no bed linen (we were asked to bring them along; hopefully, we were not traveling by plane). All in all, good place for an enjoyable stay. "

"We spent a week in the house and can only give our best recommendations for anyone that wants a peaceful and quiet area. It’s close to Aqcui Terme (15-20 min with car), a little narrow and curved road up to Roccaverano with some good restaurants, 1 hour++ to cities like Asti, Alba, and Barolo (a must go if you are into wine). The house has a great outside area and a great pool. Volleyball in the pool was a success for both the teenagers and the adults. The house was clean and had all we needed...

"Unser Aufenthalt war einfach super dort. Die Wohnung war top sauber, es war alles fĂŒr den Anfang da (Kaffee, Zucker, SpĂŒlmittel usw. usw.) Enrico ist ein exzellenter Vermieter, der sich wirklich umfassend um alles kĂŒmmert und immer da ist, wenn man seine Hilfe benötigt oder eine Frage hat. Die ganze Anlage incl. Pool ist top gepflegt. Der angebotene Brötchenservice war auch sehr zuverlĂ€ssig und hilfreich. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder, da wir uns wirklich sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt haben."
