Kitchen 10 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the terrace. Separate toilet 7 sqm and with 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each 10 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the 20 sqm balcony. 2 bathrooms each 9 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Kremenići, district Kremenići. The holiday home is located on a 140 sqm enclosed plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
