The villa can accommodate 8 people in four bedrooms, each of which has its own bathroom and access to its own balcony.
Three bedrooms are located on the first floor and one is on the ground floor.
The living room and the fully equipped kitchen with dining room are located on the ground floor, offering views of the pool and the sea.

The villa is excellently equipped and designed so that you can enjoy the view of the surroundings from every corner of the villa.
The airy, open-plan living room is connected to the terrace, just steps from the pool, where you can relax and sunbathe.

On the terrace with beautiful sea views there is a table for 8 people and an outdoor kitchen where you can prepare meals on the gas grill.

Villa Marconica is equipped with all the technical amenities you might need (Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, underfloor heating).

If you're the sporty type, you can enjoy a carefree ride along the 300 kilometers of cycle paths.

If you have special requests regarding bed linen and towels, our housekeeper is at your disposal to take care of this,
