Apartamentos em Maliano, CB

"As others have mentioned before, not ideal if you want to rest and enjoy some quiet time. It’s very loud all around from all directions, people outside in the park, neighbors upstairs and next door. Check-in instructions are a bit confusing. You have to actually get off the car to do the check-in, so need to find a temporary parking. Access to garage is a bit wonky too. Aside from all that, the price is great for this unit, it’s generally clean, has everything you need including a washer and...

"Nära stranden i Santander. Det var väldigt varmt och fönstren kunde inte vara öppna då tivolit ligger bredvid hotellet. Vi fick ta med oss skräpet från rummet."

"Very nice studio flat with everything you need. Very comfortable mattress, kitchen fully equipped, TV with range of platforms. However, it was difficult to air the flat, so the air was stale. It is a ground floor flat and noisy until the early hours."

"It is a very elegant place to stay and everything functions including a fully-equipped kitchen. The best part is you have a hands-on, English-speaking manager/owner who is very accessible and quite generous with service. It is located uphill with a few neighborhood bars which are open until late. Downtown is a short walk and there is a bus stop about 50 meters from the door."

"Dejligt sted med skøn udsigt fra balkon Lidt trafikstøj men generelt en rigtig fin lejlighed"

"A lovely apartment with distinctive décor, well-equipped, and in a very convenient location. Highly recommended!"

"It is a perfect option for old person. You have a lot of options for do shopping, have lunch and dinner. The place is excellent "

"Great place very good location. Easy to walk to nearby hotspots. Realized they didn’t have AC which was unfortunate given we were traveling in the hottest time of year. Very limited consumables so be sure to bring your own laundry detergent, shampoo, and conditioner and may have to buy paper towels and toilet paper depending on length of stay. Very clean and nice space. The area felt very safe and calm."

"We went over for a football match in Bilbao, the apartment was lovely, the hills were a struggle for my old bones though. "

"The apartment is for a maximum of 5 people, but the kitchen is very small, which means there's no dining table, and both bathrooms are in poor condition and cause water leakage. In one case it was so bad that the downstairs neighbor — who owns a shop — rang the doorbell the first time to say that water was leaking through the ceiling into his shop. The shop owner told us he had already been in conflict with the apartment owner about this issue for months. Naturally, we knew nothing about this. I...

"Pros: La anfitriona nos permitió modificar horas de entrada y salida a nuestra necesidad, fue muy amable y hospitalaria. Nos encantó disponer del jardín y acceso directo al parque para los niños, asi como mesa con sombrilla y tumbonas. Cons: Una de las camas tenía el colchón bastante cedido y se hundía, no era demasiado cómodo para una larga estancia."
