Our villa is a spacious and stylish retreat offering breathtaking views of the town of Aghia Pelaghia.

It's located on a quite hill outside of Heraklion, a 20 minute drive from the city center, and is conveniently close to the highway, providing easy access to explore the island.

It's an ideal choice for those looking to enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the Cretan countryside while still being within easy reach of the city's attractions.

On the ground floor, you'll find the main space which includes two cozy living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful island, perfect for preparing your favorite meals with ease and comfort, and a dining area.
Take in the breathtaking views of the sea and hills from the main space or step outside onto the patio and enjoy the fresh air while dining or lounging in the outdoor living room.
Two bedrooms and a bathroom are also located on the ground floor, one of which features a stunning sea view and a comfortable double bed, while the other has two single beds and a garden view.

On the lower level, you'll discover the industrial-style 3rd bedroom, complete with two single beds that can be connected to form a king size bed, as well as a second bathroom and storage room.

The loft boasts a large workspace and a cozy living room perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

Step outside and you'll find yourself surrounded by a lush and vibrant garden, perfect for taking a stroll or simply enjoying the beauty of nature. The BBQ area with a grill and wooden oven is shared with the guests of our two other listings on the site.
