Settle in for a cosy evening with a flat-screen Smart TV (apps only) and an immersive Bose sound system, while the adjacent dining table for six provides the perfect setting for shared meals and conversation.
Step outside to discover two distinct outdoor spaces: at the front, a tranquil firepit area nestled among the trees invites relaxed evenings under the stars; around the back, a foosball table and BBQ.
The newly fitted kitchen is a culinary dream, equipped with premium appliances including a Miele dishwasher, Electrolux oven and cooktop, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Complimentary coffee pods and tea bags are provided, along with a full suite of bar tools and glassware, perfect for crafting your favourite cocktails and indulging your inner mixologist.

Guests will have access to the entire home excluding the back storage area and spa. There is parking for 2 cars at the top of the driveway.

Just a 20-minute drive away, you’ll find the scenic Flame Hill Vineyard, while the picturesque main street of Montville is only 15 minutes from your doorstep. This region is celebrated for its breathtaking drives, walking trails, panoramic lookouts, cascading waterfalls, and fresh, locally-sourced produce. Nature lovers will appreciate the nearby Kondalilla National Park, just 20 minutes away, where you can wander through the rainforest, scenic trails, and a swimming hole with a waterfall to cool off in the warmer months.

Having a car at your disposal is highly recommended, allowing you the freedom to explore the picturesque Sunshine Coast and its abundant attractions at your own pace. There are local bus services that service this area should you need it, which is approximately a 500m minute walk to Coral Street where the bus can be caught to Nambour and Landsborough.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
