Riva Apt · Lake View - Finestra sul Lago

Riva is a renovated 63 m² first-floor apartment at Finestra sul Lago. Finestra sul Lago grew out of our family home in Navene di Malcesine. The beach is about 50 metres away and the house, set slightly above the lakeside road, is quiet.

The terrace
The private terrace overlooks the lake: a place for breakfast, an afternoon read or an aperitif as the sun sets behind the mountains across the lake.

The living area
Bright and air-conditioned, it opens onto the terrace. Sofa, Smart TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi with a fibre connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

The bedrooms
The double bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. Ceiling fans and mosquito screens in every room, blackout curtains in both bedrooms. Air conditioning is provided in the living area.

The bathroom
A large shower, bidet and hairdryer. The apartment also has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and a clothes airer.

Outside
As well as the private terrace, there is a sun terrace with loungers, parasols and a shower, and a barbecue area, both with lake views, plus a garage for bikes and sports equipment: spaces shared only with Limone, the other apartment in the house. Navene is a favourite spot for sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and stand-up paddleboarding.

Car and EV charging
A private parking space is included. For electric cars, there is a shared charging point with a Type 2 socket (bring your own cable), charged based on electricity consumption.

Cristina welcomes you in person. On arrival you will find bed linen, towels, the essentials for your first few days and a starter supply of laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets: everything you need for a carefree start.
