The residence is equipped with every comfort and is located a few steps from the lake and the town center, an ideal location for a holiday without having to use the car for every trip.

The apartments are all equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, heating, air conditioning and the kitchens are equipped with everything necessary for cooking.

The Residence is surrounded by a bright and sunny garden but there are also areas to relax in the shade of olive trees, lemon trees or the large centuries-old cedar.

The swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas and there is also a small playground for the little ones.

Also available are a garage for cars , a storage room for bicycles and surfboards and a small but comfortable relaxation area with sauna.

This 35 square meter two-room apartment is located on the first floor, has a balcony, a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.

No type of food, drink or consumable material (soap, shampoo, etc.) is provided.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

After the established time, a self check-in will be carried out.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
