"Owner was very responsive and the listing is spot-on. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Lovely garden, patio and hammock in which to relax. Property is well-equipped and clean. Easy 9 minute walk to downtown Lugano where there is plenty of restaurants and shopping. The property isn’t air conditioned and open windows can lend themselves to a bit of noise from cars passing by, but it’s a lovely property in a great location."

For example no indication of WHERE to take rubbish. WiFi never worked, even though I reported the problem in the first day. The phone of the property manager was not answered to repeated calls during the advertised opening times. Insufficient warm bedclothes. Balcony light was out. The kitchen is barely...
