"There is NO water at this "lakehouse." Only mud where water used to be. While I understand that the lake levels are out of the property owners conrtol they should let people know before booking a "waterfront property" that there isn't any water there. I am not exaggerating, literally no water under the boat dock. Boats are just suspended over mud in this area stuck until the water rises again. There is a water slide you can't use (explain that to your kids) So no swimming, fishing, can't use the...

"Great house and location, lots of room for large family, amenities very well appointed, Beds super comfortable, would definitely stay there again!!"

"This is a beautiful property with all the amenities just as described and like the pictures! The layout of rooms and restrooms fit our family perfectly. The pool was beautiful and the kids loved the slide off of the boat dock! The kitchen was nice and roomy and a frig in the kitchen and garage was so helpful so helpful! The lake is so pretty and accessible from this location with our boat. However, there is no boat storage for renters at the site. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy the...

"Great communication, fun and unique experience, with a few welcoming extra touches from the host. Glad we tried this place!"

"Wonderful property very beautiful"

"A beautiful spot and place to stay. Very clean and nicely decorated. We are a quiet family and the location was perfect for us since it too was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here in the future as well."

"It was very hot. Had a great experience "

"Very nice place. Secluded and quiet yet easy access to town and local attractions. The Tiny House was perfect for what I needed and very clean. The Host gave excellent instructions and responded quickly to communications. I highly recommend."

"I dread leaving this review for fear this property will forever be sold out when we want to return! What a gem of a space inside and out. Quiet neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the patio/BBQ and deck area right on the water with festive outside lighting. Short paddle out of bend in the cove and you're out to open waters that were perfect and peaceful for paddle boards or whatever floats your boat...literally:))King bed in master suite was plush and comfy. Tons of other sleeping spaces as...

"Host was nice and easy to communicate with. House is as described and in a quiet neighborhood."

"Our stay was fantastic! They thought of everything for this cute bungalow. The owners were very responsive. "

"This home was top-notch. Pride of ownership was evident in that the home was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"The hot tub was clean, and place was nice! Loved the back yard, exactly as pictured."

"the home was beautiful upon entry, but it's good thing there was a table behind the sofa as I failed to see the sunken living room--this house has several levels--so the table broke my fall. The Arcade/game room was listed as "a rare find." That's because every one of the games was broken or unusable. To the host's credit he had Amazon deliver some games late on the first evening, but the tone had been set.The facility "sleeps 13" but I was told that there should never be more than 13 on the...

"Overall, our stay was okay, but the property did not match the listing photos. The outside of the home was very poorly maintained. When we arrived, there was a large tree limb lying across the upper deck, and it gave the impression that the exterior hadn’t been cared for in quite some time. The inside of the house was fairly clean, which we appreciated. However, several of the games provided were damaged or missing pieces. Our family still managed to have a good time and made the best of it, but...
