The apartment is located in a quiet residential building with a lift in Málaga’s Centro district, just a four-minute walk from Plaza de Uncibay and one of the city’s liveliest areas for restaurants and shops.

The apartment is bright and fully equipped. Its large terrace offers lovely views and is perfect for enjoying the sunshine, dining outdoors and watching the sunset over the city’s rooftops, with the towers and dome of San Felipe Neri Church in the distance.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, a television, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating, as well as everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The apartment accommodates up to five guests and has three bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with a single bed. All bedrooms have a wardrobe, and one also includes a small desk for working or studying.

The bedrooms overlook interior courtyards, making them quiet and away from the usual hustle and bustle of the city centre.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a small oven, microwave, washing machine, capsule coffee machine, kettle and everything needed for cooking. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer.

The welcoming living room includes a television, sofa and dining table. The terrace is accessed from the living room via a wooden staircase. Its generous size provides a wonderful space for spending time outdoors and making the most of Málaga’s sunny climate. The terrace is completely private, is not shared with any neighbours and can only be accessed from inside the apartment.





—Location

The apartment is located in Málaga’s Centro district, just a four-minute walk from the iconic Plaza de Uncibay. Málaga Cathedral, the Museo Picasso Málaga and Calle Larios, the city’s best-known street, are all approximately eight minutes away on foot.

Plaza de la Merced is just a five-minute walk away and is home to Picasso’s Birthplace and the headquarters of the Picasso Foundation. There are supermarkets, shops, cafés and numerous restaurants close to the apartment.





—Getting around

Thanks to its location, Málaga’s main monuments, museums and attractions in the historic centre can all be reached on foot, so there is no need for a car.

The apartment has good public transport connections to the airport and Málaga’s main train and bus stations. There is also a taxi rank nearby.

CHECK-IN

Check-in is available from 3:00 pm. If you would like to arrive earlier, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and the time needed to prepare the apartment.

TERRACE

The terrace is for the exclusive use of guests and is not shared with anyone else. It is accessed from the living room via a wooden staircase without a handrail, as shown in the photographs. For this reason, the accommodation may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

PETS

Dogs are welcome. Guests responsible for the animal must ensure its well-being and will be liable for any damage it may cause. They must also observe the house rules and the regulations of the building’s residents’ association.

A cleaning fee of €20 per dog is payable on arrival. A pet bed and food and water bowls can be provided upon advance request.
