Brand new modern 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located steps away from Picasso's birthplace, the famous Plaza de la Merced.

The first bedroom features a large double bed with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The second bedroom features a large double bed.

The third bedroom features two single beds.

All the bedrooms have plenty of closet space.

At the end of the corridor you will find a large bathroom with double sinks and a shower over tub.

The independent kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances including a washer, dryer, oven and microwaves.

An ample dining table sitting up to 6 people leads onto a large comfortable salon with bay windows that look onto the street, high definition TV and international television channels.

The apartment is located in one of the most exciting areas of the city, right next to all the main attractions.

A great stay in Malaga

Great location. Beautiful and clean apartment furnished to a high standard. Some noise from nearby restaurants to be expected with a stay in the historic centre but this was manageable and did not impact our stay.

Lovely property in great location

We were very pleased with the apartment. It was well located, comfortably decorated, the kitchen well-equipped. Our month-long stay was greatly enhanced by the efficient and helpful way in which the exceptionalstaff of the Malaga office dealt with all our needs. We have rented many places in many countries and we have never had a better experience.experience has never been better.

Wonderful place!

The apartment was very nice! We had five people and were quite comfortable. The location is incredible! While the neighborhood is often loud at night, the windows help shut out the noise, and some earplugs or a sound machine can also help. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice unit, noisy location

Nice building and unit. Living room furniture needs replacement though. Easy to get to all the sights. Our biggest issue was late night noise from all night street parties that start when the restaurants close and don't stop till between 4 and 5am except Sunday and Monday nights. We needed to wear ear plugs to sleep and some nights that wasn't enough. This was not the fault of the property owners but spoiled our stay regardless.

The location was perfect for us and the property was very clean. The apartment layout was fantastic and the kitchen was so big by Spain standards! We used the washer/dryer combo often and the provided cloth drying rack. It made trips to the beach easy. We missed a travel connection and arrived late. The agent was great about rescheduling with us. Note: late check in fee did apply. Bring noise canceling headphones if you are a light sleeper and enjoy an early bedtime because Spain Historic City Center can be loud at night (this would be true for any apt in the cityā€™s center). The apartmentā€™s button power room darkening shades were an awesome feature and kept the apt cooler and allowed us to take siestas. The elevator was large, quick and easy to use. Again, the location was superb and provided wonderful access to hidden gems along the smaller alleys and streets!

We loved this apartment

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Nicely updated. Comfortable beds. Great location. Dozens of restaurants within 1 block. If we find ourselves back in Malaga, this is the apartment to go back to. It is noisy at night with all the people and restaurants. For the most part the new windows and doors keep the noise out but for thise who are sensitive, a white noise machine would be a good bet.

Everything exactly as promised

A well appointed, well cared for property. No surprises. Prompt and helpful support from the property management. A perfect location, if you are looking to be immersed in the 'life of the old city'. An easy walk to the beach and all historic attractions and museums. However, one caution, if you are looking for quiet, the area is noisy...day and night.

Great Family Apartment

This is an excellent family property in a great location for exploring Malaga and beyond. Itā€™s close to the central city areas and a 10 minute walk to the beach. If you wish to go further the train station is a 15 minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay here. Solaga were very helpful and the whole booking process was perfect. They even let us secure our luggage in their office for a few hours on our day of departure. I would recommend this apartment and company to everyone. Thanks for making our holiday special.

3 months in Malaga

My husband and I spent 3 months in this excellent apartment. It was in a secure and comfortable building in the heart of the historic district. The apartment itself was well appointed with comfortable beds and furniture, good air conditioning and a great layout. During our stay we had a some visitors and the floor plan of this apartment (extra bedrooms and bathroom on one end of the apartment that could be closed off) allowed everyone to have their privacy. The apartment is close to Merced Plaza, on a street with a multitude of restaurants, and only steps from all of the action. Weekends could be a bit noisy but that is just part of the charm of being in the city.

Zentral gelegen und SehenswĆ¼rdigkeiten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Abends/Nacht etwas lƤrmig, da sich auf der einen Seite eine Einbahnstrasse und auf der anderen Seite des Hauses Lokale befinden. LƤrmpegel ist aber bei geschlossenem Fenster ertrƤglich. Wohnung ist grosszĆ¼gig, hell und sauber. Einrichtungen genau wie auf den Abbildungen. Wir haben uns wohlgefĆ¼hlt und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter. Auch wĆ¼rden wir bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in MĆ”laga wieder diese Wohnung mieten.

Perfect clean apartment in a lovely neighborhood.

We found the apartment to be perfect for our family of five. It is very clean and bright. Communication with the office was quick and efficient. Parking is a short distance. The garage is tight, and our van was the biggest vehicle I can imagine possible to get in and out of there. The neighborhood was fun with lots of bars and restaurants. Shopping is close too. We walked everywhere from the apartment and never felt it was a long distance from anything. We loved our stay and hope to return soon.

GroƟzĆ¼gig und clever geschnittene Wohnung. Komfortabel und ziemlich gemĆ¼tlich. PĆ¼nktlicher und freundlicher Empfang. EinfĆ¼hrung in die Gegebenheiten der Wohnung ohne Schnickschnack, -angenehm! Von hier aus sind wir immer auf den sonnigen "Picasso-Platz" - - eigentlich Place de Merced - gelaufen zur Einstimmung in den Tag. Die vielen Bars und CafĆ©s erfĆ¼llen alle WĆ¼nsche! Die zentrale Lage hat uns animiert abends Kino, Theater und Flamenco-Abend (ein paar HƤuser weiter in der kleinen Strasse, -nicht auslassen!) zu geniessen. Mein Tipp fĆ¼r das Management: Ein WƤschestƤnder zum Trockenen wĆ¼rde das aufwendige Trocknen in der Maschine ersparen. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Anne und Margret

We plan on staying here again based on our very positive experience. The Managers and greeters were prompt, friendly and helpful. The split bedroom layout is perfect for couples travelling with friends. Each has their own private areas. The kitchen is equipped with good quality cookware and dinnerware. The Living Room searing was well thought out as a comfortable conversation grouping for 4 and could easily acomadate more as there is a large dining table with comfortable chairs. The water pressure is great and the appliances are the best quality we have seen in a rental unit. This company should be commended for their excellent organizational Skills. Everything ran smoothly. Next visit we would love to have a drying rack fir clothes as some clothes are best not to go into the dryer, just a minor suggestion. We enjoyed our stay and are certain to return and to recommend this location to friends.
