The apartment is very close to the Plaza de la Merced.The apartment has central air conditioning and fans, hair dryer, high quality towels and sheets.



Two double bedrooms with large beds (200 x 220). Bathroom with shower and glass screen. Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, capsule coffee maker, kettle, recycling bin, dishes, etc. The complex is made up of several buildings. Your apartment is in block 1. Community laundry and gym are located in block 3. These are not free services. Laundry: Washer and dryer (coin operated). Condominium has a guard service to ensure guests security and daily reception .The surveillance and reception service within the complex is not the manager's, but the community's.

The building has a nice roof terrace for community use with views of the city of Malaga. It is PetFriendly: please, check as there is an extra.
