Holiday Home 'Casa Del Golf - 10 Minutes on Foot' with Mountain View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

You will enjoy the entire ground floor, the pool, and the summer terrace of our three-story house, located opposite El Candado golf course in East Málaga.



The 100 m² apartment is next to the pool, in the heart of the garden, and has a separate entrance.



It features a spacious living-dining room with TV and Wi-Fi, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.



Both bedrooms offer views of the pool, terrace, and garden. The first has a king-size bed, the second has two single beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. You will find a bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine.



The pool is private and is only used by the owners occasionally, and only when you are absent or not using it.



You also have access to a shaded summer kitchen, located above the pool, with a large fridge/freezer and a barbecue.



Please note that access to the apartment is via a staircase of 30 steps, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users.

- Security cameras are installed at the entrance of the property and in the garden.
