The accommodation is located in one of the best areas of the city, in a central area, just a few steps from La Malagueta beach and in front of the Muelle 1 shopping center. Its modern design and amenities are designed to ensure your comfort and entertainment during your next adventure in Málaga. The studio consists of a double bed, a fully equipped bathroom with shower and toilet. In addition, a beautiful living room that shares space with the kitchen, equipped with all the implements you will need to prepare your favorite meals and a dishwasher so you don't have to worry about the dishes.

This space is modern, warm and perfect for relaxing, enjoying and discovering the best of Andalusian culture.



Remember that moving around the city to the main points of interest will be much more practical due to the proximity in which the studio is located. Also, Málaga has an extensive network of trains and buses that will connect you with the other points you need. Ask us if you have any questions.

For reservations of more than 7 nights, a weekly cleaning of the apartment is included.



Please note that for reservations of 28 nights or more:

· 1. You must sign a rental contract

· 2. Public utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.

· 3. You must assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 125 EUR.
