The studio, of 28 m², features a double bed in bunk or single bed, perfect for solo travellers or couples who prefer to sleep separately. The upper bed, loft-style, is accessed by ladder. It has a bathroom with a shower tray very comfortable for relaxing after an intense day.



The American kitchen equipped with a portable single-burner ceramic hob, small refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, along with washing machine and essential utensils, makes it easy to prepare your meals with total comfort. To make the most of the space, the folding table is ideal for dining or working. In addition, the studio has air conditioning, heat pump heating and fan, ensuring comfort in any season of the year.



The rest area includes television and a spacious wardrobe to keep your luggage organized.



This accommodation has capacity for 2 people and is located in a perfect urban area for families with children. It is just a few meters from supermarkets, restaurants, bus stations, taxi stops and less than 1 km from La Malagueta beach, the Guadalmedina river and natural parks such as Paseo del Parque. It is also close to attractions such as Picasso Birthplace House and Cervantes Theatre, with easy access to leisure and nature areas.
